Supplements during pct

Hi all,

Shortly I start my pct for 6 weeks.
I was reading that some supplements can help to recover, like vit d3 zinc, calcium gluconate and also yohimbine.
I saw a protocol like this:
100mg zinc
5000iu vit d3
400mg calcium

What do you think about it? It could be good to run it with pct?

I always add DAA and 10,000ius of D3 in my pct. Plus creatine and BCAAs. I also like to run a small insulin cycle to help maintain size (it does not help you rebound tho).

D aspartic acid- naturally raises test mate, it actually works.

Creatine, BCAA, training, lots of food and lots of rest. That is your ticket for PCT. zinc, D3, calcium....good for overall health but not a difference maker for PCT.
