Gyno/puffy nipples from puberty - HELP!?
New guy here, I'm 37 and have had "psuedo gyno" since puberty. Only on my right chest. Ive never done a cycle before, but have always worked out and stay in good shape. Ive tried diets and lower BF, no-dairy diets, fake-gyno pills, turmeric/curcumin supplements, and NO results.
Only recently ive been looking into doing a cycle and discovered some talk on here about nolva and arimidex effects on gyno.
My cycle will be: ( starting in a couple weeks)
weeks 1-4 : anadrol 50mg (purchased livercare"liv52")
weeks 1-10: test enanthate 250mg
weeks 13-15: clomid (arimidex and nolva?)
I've ordered both adex and nolva, should be here im a week or so. Primarily to have on hand during my cycle and/or PCT. My questions are:
-
Aside from cycle, can nolva get rid of my puberty gyno? If so, what is the recommended dosage or length of time to take it on and/or off cycle.
-
Regarding my cycle, am i correct that arimidex is for use during cycle if estrogen symptoms become present. And nolva is used for PCT combined with clomid?
Thanks to all

Maddogg. That's awesome advice. Honestly when i talked to the dr about surgery, i didn't know the game were were playing. I answered all the questions the wrong way i guess. I said no pain, just some embarrassment. And he took some pictures, but the room was cold, so my nips hardened.... masking the appearance of my gyno....i told him maybe we should wait on the pics until my nips aren't hard. He said, no need.
Would you suggest seeing the same dr, or just go to a new office and this time answer the questions "correctly" and have the medical paper trail of scripts?
Also, I've read that getting your nips pierced will keep them hard and hide the gyno fairly well. Any input?
I’ve had gyno since I was 13 as well. No other male in my family has it I honestly think flame retardants had something to do with it as they closely resemble estrogen in chemical composition. I always slept on the couch or the floor next to the couch. If one tests for the retardants the concentrations are 72 times higher on the floor than a couch and there are several pounds of retardants in the foam of couches. Dr. Said it was baby fat when in went in when I was 14. Got all the way down to 150 pounds at 6 feet 2 inches at 18 years old after working in the fields and still had it. Test levels for my hormones as an adult have always been normal if not on AAS. That being said since your development is uneven your insurance should cover it. They will also cover it if you claim that it is causing you pain. They can’t know your pain so you should push that angle as well. My Dr put me on naproxen to begin to document the pain medically even though I don’t have pain. Insurance companies automatically usually reject the procedure up front on principle alone as a cost control measure. Increase your medical documentation and resubmit and have them push up the chain. I worked with a guy who had sudden uneven development and it was covered by the same insurance co. I have. Been talking to a guy at gym who had sudden development on both sides, he is ripped and it’s not that noticeable but it is causing him pain. They rejected him as well on first submission, I told him to keep pushing it. He said he found a local clinic that would do it for 2300, that same one his primary care physician sent him to. If you get it done in a large city it probably will be more. I got some quotes north of 5000. When I use AAS they haven’t made my gyno worse but everyone is different, have what you need on hand just in case. Once my nips started to itch so I added 10mg of Tamoxifen a day and the itch went away. I used it because my dr gave it to me as a potential treatment for gyno which it didn’t take it away at all but I tell him I think it works a little so I have cheep Pharma Tamoxifen for pct.
Ok, thanks guys. I already have the anadrol, but i can just hang onto it for the next cycle based on the recommendations. To be clear the test e is 250mg twice per week.
I did see a doc last year about the gyno and they submitted it to insurance. Of course they wouldn't cover it, and it's $5000.
I feel your pain brotha, I had gyno on both sides (more on the left) every since puberty. Long before running any AAS. It was so aggravating to get to a low bf% and still have those puffy nips and some surrounding tissue no matter what. The only thing that worked for me was to go to the doc and get the surgery. Since then I've always been very careful to keep estrogen and prolactin in check with any cycle...but for me personally surgery was the only thing that truly worked. Good luck my man, just find a good surgeon and take the plunge (just my own personal opinion based on my experience).
Deffinately see a doctor first. While u handle that u can be doing more research.
Its doctor time.
If you start utilizing compounds with your prior history by the end of the summer you will look like one of those ladies in the National Geographic.
If you've had gyno that long only surgery will correct it. Anadrol can cause gyno and should never be used on a first cycle.
Don’t use anadrol on your first cycle!!!
I can’t remember the exact science behind it but I’m sure anadrol can cause prolactin production which can cause gyno.
Aromasin is better for pct.
I would use the search function and find standard pct protocol, yours is a bit weak in my opinion.

You're looking ok on the PCT part. Test dose is very low on your cycle. Solve won't get rid of your Gyno; Letro might be a better choice. Alex is ok to manage Estrogen during cycle.
