+ 1 exemestane (generic aromasin) off cycle (not PCT)
ad
Hey everyone,
New to the forums, but came across some research on armoasin taken off cycle, (not talking about PCT) talking about taking it to lower water retention and lower estrogen, possibly utilize more test in system.
My question if anyone can shed some light on, trying to dry out a bit, would it be even worth while to take for those reasons? Not trying to crash my estrogen, just didn’t know if there was a benefit to even taking off cycle.
I guess I’ll add, I have used AAS, 5 cycles to be exact. Last being Tren, Sustanon and Mast with pct protocol. Not saying I know everything or close to a lot. Always looking to research and learn more.
Currently running HGH (4ius/day split 2 morning, 2 afternoons) and Cardarine 10mg morning.
Thanks guys

I wouldn't try this without blood levels. Doing this without them may crash your Estrogen levels and that's a nightmare.
basskiller89I'm not a fan of AI to raise T levels because I have yet to see enough research where the raise in T is relevant to anything. Drying out is complex, E, DHT, and body fat. A lot of the time I'll look in the mirror and say 14% and then am probably closer to 18% lol. The dryness for me comes when I drop that last 10lbs of fat that is over looked. I am on ancillaries year round because I like the way I feel. For me, Letro and Duta ed 365 keeps my skin dry acne free and stopped my hair line from receding. A couple questions I have are: how long are you running cycles for and what form of HGH are you using? I switched to peptides recently and am never going back. PM me if you want to talk I can dig up some good reads for you brother
Some guys have elevated Estrogen levels naturally even if they do not touch hormones at all.
Nothing wrong with controlling your Estrogen levels but has to be backed up with regular blood work.
AI’s are not fat burners, in fact your estradiol levels can be elevated due to you being overweight. Dropping some BF May result your estradiol getting back in to range
I’d get your e2 checked during any HGH run. Especially if you’re looking at a long run of it even without exogenous Test being introduced.
Don’t forget about drinking enough water. 3-5qts a day. Once you have some blood work done you can decide on the Aromasin.
What s your estrogen level currently at? I am presuming you know this if it needs to be lowered?
Water retention should be treated separately as you are running GH.
I do not have my blood work done for estrogen levels. Probably a good idea I do get it before messing with it, thank you for mentioning. I don’t know the rules on asking how to go about that getting done and how much usually.
I know some estrogen is good but too much can be devistating to gains made.
So the research I’ve done was with aromasin, at a lower dosage would help with drying out a bit, especially if any water is being held by the HGH. I do keep my sodium/potassium in check.
How do you keep potassium in check? I find tha really hard to do so myself.
Diuetics may seriously flush electrolytes, just to be wary!
If you are in america there are a number of labs you can use, order online etc, Google private (so as not to interfere with health insurance) blood tests. Get sensitive tests done,
Estrogen is your friend, too much will not hinder muscle gain. Too little will.
Maybe try some milk thistle, or dandelion extracts, they will help without messing with medications. Vit C also has diuretic action..,,
For potassium, I use a food app that counts everything. Not saying it’s the best tool but has been instrumental early on years ago with diet and staying within macros.
I do have some milk thistle so I am going to go that route first, probably should always be taking that any way I bet.
Thanks man
Yeah the milk thistle is fantastic for the liver. Really good for on-cycle support but it also has diuretic properties which help with gh water retention.
for me potassium retention is terrible these days on-cycle, so when I take the mild diuretics it actually flushes out the potassium which is fantastic. Too much potassium = horrific cramps. Then again if you dont have the retention, you risk running too low. There are potassium sparing diuretics too.
Here is the thing, if you had bloods; you would know where you are at truly with the electrolytes. This is how I diagnosed my issue. Bloods are the only way to know the current state of play.
Had no idea milk thistle carries a diuretic effect. Will implement that into the mix starting today. Thank you for the info.
I called doctors and got appointment for blood work, do I have to specify (estrogen) what I need checked or is it just a list of everything all together? For testing potency of HGH I’m using, what do you recommend for dosage before going to doctors? Or is that a totally different test they do? I didn’t want to start a whole other forum for those questions, appreciate the help.
Just call your doctors office and tell them you want to get blood work done. When you are there tell fhem you want your estrogen level checked.
If you are in the states , privateMD labs is a common go to. And Giar is right on knowing what your levels are before you travel this road. There are a few less toxic ways to drop water than taking an inhibitor. Use the blue arrow up top and research it. Lots of good posts and info available.
That’s awesome, thank you for suggestion and will definitely check out the other ways
