ESTRONE???? What is the issue?

ad

I recently had another set of bloods drawn but they tested the wrong E level which now has me a bit confussed and needing info. I wanted the estradiol tested to compare to last test but now I see that Estrone was tested and is elevated to a level way higher than normal. Normal range is 12-72 pg/ml and I am now sitting at 621 pg/ml... What exactly converts to estrone? I have been on adex for 3 weeks @ .5mg eod and I know its quality, hence the question "What causes this?"

Estrone (E1) is the most plentiful of the 3 estrogens and also the weakest. Estrone is 10 times weaker than estradiol and is produced primarily from androstenedione which is produce by several other chemical actions(progestrone and 17a-hydroxyprogestron). In your case since your on Tren I would think it is being converted from progestrone. Keep in mind high estrone can convert to estradiol. Testosterone will NOT CONVERT TO ESTRONE. So it's the Tren causing it. Check this flow chart and it will help your understand how that is.

I'll do that but I know the adex is g2g because my estradiol is lower than before due to the change in the sides I was experiencing. Finishing up on this cycle for about 4 weeks and then we will try again and hope for less estro levels.
