Unless your getting blood tests done weekly to check your estro is not to low i would just stick with aromasin if your side effect prone its not as harsh as adex plus you can use it in pct without it having a negative impact on nolva as adex duz.yoked has advice on lockdown.
I also wanted to add that when the Letro is used it zaps almost all of the E2 in ur system. Problem is it just attaches to it. It does not kill the enzyme. So once u discontiue use it will release 98% of that E2 onto ur receptors. So the drug we use to combat gyno most likely will give it to you. A maintainance dose is .50mg or better yet ,25mg. So if u use it for E2 control Aromasin must be tapered into the end of cycle while u come of the letro. That way ur PCT is GTG and ur not battling gyno flares during ur PCT.
Aromasin is the only AI I will ever use.

Well, Aromatase Inhibitors come in 2 types. Type 1 and Type 2. First Type 1 AI's bind by a process called hydroxylation; this hydroxylation process produces an unbreakable covalent bond between the inhibitor and the enzyme protein. Now the enzyme is permanently blocked even after all of the inhibitor is removed and can only be resumed by new enzyme synthesis. Type 2 Inhibitors on the other hand function all the same in their ability to reduce the binding process of the enzyme and the receptor. Except once the drug is discontinued or the concentration of the drug is sparse enough it is possible for the enzyme to seperate itself from the Inhibitor and eventually will allow renewed competion between the Inhibitor and the Enzyme for the receptor site. Aromasin is a type 1 AI and once it does what it's purpose is we don't need to continue use. Letro and Adex are Type 2 Ai's and the success of those drugs are continigent on the Doses and protocol of which we use them. Once you stop them you expose yourself to an Estrogen rebound. Now having said all of that there are also many other reason to why Aromasin use is beneficial to a Bodybuilder. One is Arimidex/Anastrozole Decreases IGF-1 18% while Aromasin/Exemestane Increases IGF-1 28%. Another is Aromasin is also known to decrease estrogen between 90-95% while boosting Endogenous Testosterone by about 60%, and also help out your free to bound testosterone ratio by lowering levels of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG), by about 20% (12)…SHBG is that nasty enzyme that binds to testosterone and renders it useless for building muscle

Anonnot necessarily, bro. you can still use the adex on cycle. just taper it off and introduce the aromasin for leading into pct. this way you're getting where you need to be and not wasting anything.
I got you mate, well I havnt used the adex this cycle at all yet and its got 3 yrs before exp date so ill just keep it on standby in my box of tricks for the next cycle, ive had no eastro sides anyhow this time round so I dont/didnt need to use it but running up to pct I would like some aromasin as it sounds better for eastro rebound, its interesting the tapering from adex to assin might try that on my next cycle which will be a dedicated bulking cycle if needs be but I think ill incorporate assin from now on into my cycles as a few mates rate it highly and many good things have been said here on Eroids aboit this AI so ill have to make an order for some, with some anavar as I want to finish the cycle as I started munching 50mg of var hmm.

Letro has a longer half life than that of adex or aro, so in theory you could dose every few days. The problem is how do you know how much to run and exactly how often to administer it? Letro cuts out roughly 98-99% of the e2 in your body. That's way too low. Low estrogen levels brings about its own set of issues just as high estro can. Aro and adex are maintenance and preventive meds. Letro is an oh shit I've got titties medication.
