D-Aspartic Acid info

ad

D-Aspartic Acid is an endogenous amino acid which has been found in the neuroendocrine tissues of both invertebrates and vertebrates.
there seems to be mounting evidence that when supplementing with D-Aspartic Acid you can increase your LH release. If this is true, then there is potential here for this supplement to be used during / or as part of a complete PCT protocol.
I don't see it talked about much here, perhaps there is just not enough knowledge on the subject. .. so I decided to provide some links that have excellent info. concerning the research and facts learned about this supplement. If you find more info on this subject feel free to reply.

I run DAA during my off period. Usually 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off and repeat. I had decent results at 6 grams a day. I do 3 upon waking and 3 before going to sleep. Couple this with a diet thats fairly moderate in fats, gotta have cholesterol circulating in order to be converted to testosterone in testes. I have had blood work come back in the mid-high 900s for total test range during pct. Wasn't from DAA alone obviously, have to factor in the other PCT standards, (clomid, nolva, triptorelin, aromasin as needed). But I can maintain in the mid 700s past my PCT, when using the DAA on a rotational basis. Usually at low end of 600s during that period without it.

in the literature provided, I have included a link from The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).. in there it lists the the one human study done, and it was dosed at 3 grams per day. (3000 mg.)... many of the claims that companies market on their DAA products refer to this study. while I don't see this as a 'test' booster - I do see it being used in a PCT protocol because it increases LH

In fact I have another lab test in a couple weeks to make sure I've normalized, after another 6 weeks or so I can go ahead and run some DAA @ ~3 grams per day for a couple weeks and get a blood test to see for myself just how much of an impact it has on LH

from the additional reading, searching, and personal experience with DAA .. I would say yes it works as an AID but it couldn't replace HCG followed by standard nolva/clomid.. rather as something to add into your PCT regimen to enhance it's effects.

something to keep in mind also is that you need to cycle DAA it's not something you wanna take everyday for years.. if I remember right, it has to do with because of raising your LH and don't want "burn out" leydeg cells or something to that nature.
I would say it's safe and effective to use for 8 weeks followed by at least a 4 week break
