Clomid on cycle ?
ad
Just a quick question, weve seen a change in the pct protocol thanks to some of the big guns keeping an open mind and not followig the rule. This is kinda the same thing, dont know if this has been asked before but what would be the effects of running clomid through cycle instead of HCG to prevent testicular atrophy. Just a thought, any other thoughts welcome.

I looked into this as an option for longer cycles like in Primo or Eq. The idea in mind being, in order to recover faster, would it be possible to continue natural testosterone production while using compounds that would shut you down? The problem is there doesn't appear to be an exact method to determine how to dose clomid continuously over the cycle (maybe I missed) and if you're using something highly androgenic or doing a long cycle it's seems moot because you're still going to get shut down because of the amount of endogenous compounds in your body. I've read where people have tried using a clomid/HCG combo with the idea that you would administer for several days and then go off and resume again throughout a cycle...sort of like what people do with clen since continuous use over long period would diminish effectiveness. I've never tried this and it might be something worth trying. But it seems more workable just to just deal with shrunk nuts and restart at the end of the cycle rather than try to maintain natural production on cycle. The reason I say this is because I'm not certain there is an easy and cheap way to determine if you still have natural test production. You can't tell the difference between natural and endogenous testosterone, so maybe you be prepared to spend a little extra money and check your LH/FSH levels regularly on cycle. If all you want is to maintain testicular size, u got hcg of course and for a short cycle, why bother?
cdaddy7Although it looks possible theoretically....I do not agree....bc the androgenic inhibition to the androgenic receptor has nothing really to do in making a difference in androgenic inhibition vs the estrogenic receptor....It's just plain old shut down....that's exactly what HCG is specifically for is hypogonadism in males....it would b more effective than Clomid on cycle for sure....the reason we shy away from the use PCT is bc with the amount needed to kickstart ur natty production would increase the aromatase activity significantly....u already got enough Estro issues and rebound action PCT without adding....that's why we formulated the addition of Aromasin and to b able lower the Nolvadex and in a sense reduce the occurrence of PCT blues....def stick with HCG on cycle and Clomid PCT....I'm open for a better way but the pathophysiology just says different on that
cdaddy7And there u go backing in detail my thoughts is Bill Roberts saying it in more detail on my receptor thoughts....at the end of the day HCG is ur best bet....thanks P
Agreed - teamwork big C!

''Can Clomid, taken throughout a cycle, completely eliminate inhibition?
I do not believe so. There is also androgenic inhibition mediated by the androgen receptor, which has nothing to do with the estrogen receptor. Androgenic inhibition is unavoidable and cannot be helped by estrogen receptor antagonists. However, use of Clomid throughout a cycle can definitely reduce the degree of the inhibition and allow a speedier recovery at the end of the cycle.''

''Dear Bill,
You have mentioned being in favor of "shorter" steroid cycles to avoid suppression, and side effects. Could you give some examples of what you mean by the term "shorter"?
Dave
Two weeks on with short acting esters and orals, and four weeks off in between, using Clomid throughout and, if using aromatizable drugs, an antiaromatase while on those drugs.''

''Mr. Roberts,
I have a question about getting on a Winstrol cycle. I want to use the tabs. but I do not know how long of a cycle (4-6 weeks?), and how many tabs a day to take. Do I have to worry about gyno.? And, do I need to stack it with Clomid or Nolvadex, what about doses on these. I understand that Winstrol is mild, is it just a waste of time? I do not want to balloon up like on a d-bol cycle. Thanks.
A. M.
You would need at least 50 mg/day to be even moderately effective, and more like 100 mg/day to be anything substantial. I doubt this is cost effective.
There is no need to use Clomid or Nolvadex for protection against gyno or water retention, because Winstrol does not convert to estrogen. However, Clomid 50 mg/day will help keep natural testosterone up during the cycle.''
