Blood test post pct (12 week later) new problem please help

Hi there,
I did the pct and took the bloodwork and everything looks ok. Now i took the bloodwork again after 12 weeks of pct and my free test crashed and the total test is low.

What should i do now ? My libido is low again... and I feel tired.
There is a fix for this ? Someone told me to use proviron but i ignored it because i know that is suppressive. Please help me

Here are some things to try to bring up free test. Would be interesting to see your SHBG numbers.

Fella as I said in my reply to your PM you're missing some numbers here. We need to see SHBG to see if this is what is affecting your free test levels. Your thyroid looks ok but I would get a full thyroid function test run to check for TSH, T3, T4 and thyroid antibodies. Your prolactin is normal now however if everything else is ok it would be worth looking into what potentially caused it to raise in the first place.
Edit: any other meds at all?
So all that said a good endo may be the way to go now.
Hi dacky thanks for your reply, I replied to your pm now, i already visited an endo and he gave to me testogel, and I didnt take it obviously now next week i have another appointment with another endo hope this will be better, but in my country is difficult to find some doctor prepared on steroid...
How long did you wait after your last Eq and test E injection before you started your PCT protocol?
3 weeks For test E almost 5 for EQ
Was your first set of bloods 6 weeks from the start of PCT or 6 wks after your PCT ended?

How do you suppose we help you with only the tiny bit of information you've shared. What was your cycle? What was your pct regimen? Do you know what your baseline is? Mine is low, so it goes back to low after proper pct. How long was your blood work done after pct the first time? Must be weeks out before bloods are done to get proper levels.

You Right. My bad. The cycle was test E and EQ plus primo for 12 weeks (i know bad cycle) my pct was clomid 100 100 50 50 nolva 40 40 20 20 then i noticed something strange and I got bloodwork my Prolactin was high and I used dostinex for 3 weeks half tabs twice a week after 6 weeks i took bloodwork and everything was ok. now after 6-7 weeks from last bloodwork (the one for the Prolactin) i took test again and my test and free test crashed
Before total test was 20 now 10, free test now is below the minimum

Not sure if test, eq or primo should have effects on prolactin. Tren and deca thing usually. My suggestion regardless would be go see your doctor. Not trying to scare you, I'm not a doctor nor am I an expert and not at all claiming this is what you have, but after briefly researching prolactin and it's interaction with testosterone, there is a condition called prolactinoma which is a non-cancerous tumor on the pituitary gland that causes the rise of prolactin and drop in sex hormones. The dostinex could have lowered prolactin and raised testosterone, masking the underlying problem.Could simply be a thyroid issue. No matter, don't think I'd trust the opinions of forum members on this one. See a doc.

Do you think that my level of Prolactin is high? It is not strange that total test is in range and free test does not ?

Free test is just test that isn't bound to SHBG. Low free test can cause sexual disfunction and caused by issues with thyroid or kidneys, but I don't know how to read your blood work. I'm from the states.
The range of total test is from: 4.9 to 32 i have 10.9 while free test range is from 15 to 50 i have 10.2 it is below the minimum and I have low sex drive but another pct could be useful for free test issue ?
I see that, I just mean our units of measurement are different so I don't what your numbers are comparable to without converting them to the units we use. It's not extremely rare to see total test in range (which yours still seem to be in the low end), and free test be low. You just don't have as much test available to be used freely throughout your body. I am definitely not qualified to suggest how to treat your condition. I wouldn't want to give you the wrong advice.

Hi there i've heard of power pct but lots of people says that is not effective.... my pct was the standard pct clomid 100 100 50 50 and nolvadex 40 40 20 20 then i used dostinex because i had high Prolactin.. after 6 weeks i got bloodwork and they where pretty good, after 6 weeks i got this bloodwork and it is not good.. what is the solution?
