Aromasin during pct

Hi, I'm running the standard pct of clomid and nolva. I'm also taking 10mg of aromasin eod as I've heard that this helps with the recovery. Firstly, is this statement correct. Should I run aromasin during pct?
Also is there any benefit of carrying on the aromasin at 10mg eod for a further week after pct to protect against an estrogen spike?

"Should I run aromosin during PCT?" Aromosin MAY be used in PCT to control estro. The only surefire way to answer that is to get bloods done to determine if your estro is too high. I found it usefull during pct at 12.5 eod. You can also use it after pct as needed, if "rebound" estro occurs.

seems like it was pretty well covered in that post already. I also should state I didnt gauge the effectiveness of the aromosin by bloods, but by the way I felt, and how bloated I appeared.

Why?? Your looking for an Edge-----if you were going to do this, i would start at a low does maybe 3-4mg EOD.
My thinking was that most of the estrogen in your system is blocked by the serms. Once you cease the use of the serms I was thinking would there be a spike in estrogen? And therefore would it be worth using an ai for a limited time after?
