AROMASIN DOSAGE

Hey guys, new to the gear game. Started my first cycle and made sure that i purchased everything needed to run a safe cycle. Just wanted some advice or options on when to run Aromasim and at what dosage per day. Currently have 25 mg pills, was reading that a lot of people will take a 12.5 mg per day. Thanks guys.

What are you doing for a 1st cycle?
What's your stats? What's your goals?
Aromasin has to be taken every day not every other day, it's every 12 hour split.
You also need to take aromasin every day for 7-10 days the get bloods drawn and see where your e2 level is at. Then you either higher or lower the dose but you still take it every single day split every 12 hours.
So give us more info, get a blood test before you start to see where you are to begin with, then after we see what your plans are we can assist you.
You are right should have given more detailed. My cycle is a simple test 400 per week for 10 weeks. It's my first cycle , so playing it light for now . Im 29 years of age 5'8 165 lbs about 15% bf. Def intend on getting a blood test done, will give me a better understanding. Thank you!
All the previous comments are correct in getting bloodwork done to see where you're at. Generally a good place to start is 12.5 mg every other day and adjust as needed. But it really all depends on what kind of cycle and the doses you're running and ultimately how your body responds to the compounds you're using.
Use the search feature at the top and look this up. Tons of people have asked this question. Both 333 and 12stone are right. Read the article as it will explain a lot however without the blood work for to see how you're reacting and what's going on there's almost nothing anyone here can do for you to give you a "good" answer.

You should get bloods then see where your at then start from there people are different. Estrogen hits me hard so I take 12.5 everyday while another guy can take 6.25 every other day it's all about your own body and you need to check it with bloods and go up or down from there
