You could some of this legwork yourself honestly. Both have pros and cons, but the primary reason to use or not to use, is how YOU react to each. Try them both and form your own opinion. Neither of these drugs were produced for the purposes we use them for, so we must experiment on ourselves. 1st hand experiences trump 3rd party testimonials every time.

This will be a huge debate aromasin kills estrogen Adex blocks the receptors. Aro does have a rebound and is more costly but I'll pay more for it

Don't listen to my other post I need to do some more reading on this myself now I've read a lot but now I'm scratching my head about this after reading other comments here

Wrong. Aromasin (exemestane) doesn't have estro rebound because it's a suicidal AI. Once bound to estrogen molecules it doesn't let go. Arimidex will uncouple from estro after a while and can lead to estro rebounding. Aromasin is more costly, but worth every fucking penny as I see it. It can also be used during PCT if you know how. Please educate yourself before you misinform people.

LMAO yes it does have rebound, did you research aromasin? Within 12 hours of your last dose your E2 levels start to rapidly increase.

What OP needs to do is take either one for 10 days and get bloods drawn to see where he is at.

Then explain what a "suicidal" aromatase inhibitor does and why it's called that, please? When we talk about estro rebounding we are referring to an AI letting go of the aromatase it has bound up which aromatises test into estro. When Adex lets go, aromatase is active again to flip test into estro hence a rebound can occur when you stop and begin PCT. Where am I wrong? I'm open to learning. Aromasin will not let go of the aromatase molecule and is passed out of your body, so no chance of rebound.

IrishMack's picture

Its not that, you are confusing rebound. All ai's cause rebound. A suicidal inhibitor will kill estro, yes, but you start the rebound after the drug is gone. Same thing with adex. And Letro. Its the amount of time when the rebound happens which is dependant on which inhibitor you chose to run. Everyone metalized their meds differently, you might start your rebound on aromasin at a much faster rate then adex, or even letro, and I might take much longer.

To rebound means it bounces back from its inactive state is how it was explained to me and from everything I've researched. If it is active and you aren't on an AI at the time, isn't it just your body trying to regulate the test/estro ratio since nothing is bouncing back and it is happening from new aromatase that wasn't bound in your system? Unbound (au naturel) bound (bound by an AI), and rebound (unbound aromatase that was once bound by adex or letro that is free to rape your test and turn it into estro). Heheheh!

flacidego's picture

After 12 hours that's not a rebound. That's your body seeking to even out the test and estro ratio. I agree with you on getting bloodwork to gauge dosage and effectiveness.

Ah my response was wrong my phone fucked it up aro does not cause rebound

flacidego's picture

Adex also doesn't block the receptors from estrogen. You didn't type that wrong.

333's picture

Yeah I'm going to go read more on it now I thought Adex made it so it wouldn't attach to the receptors kinda like a goalie the ball would be estrogen and the goal being the receptors and Adex being the goal keeper smacking the estrogen away

Right on. Research is key! The search function up top is great. Try a search for "exemestane vs anastrazole"
