Ok it could be a dumb question, but as i got 25mg capsules and i thought they would have been pills, now i don't know how i can get the 12,5mg as if they were pills (cutting them)..
Is it ok to go 25mg 2x week instead than 12,5mg eod ?
I read the half life but it seems to lower the estros longer till 4/5 days anyway (on studies i read on the forum)

Yea for sure split days dosage in water or Gatorade like mentioned before do that each day you use it should be easy.
Poor the capsule in a bottle of water , Gatorade or whatever you prefer. Mix it up and then drink half and then u will have the other half for the following day
Great idea man ! But once mixed do they have a faster expiring ?
Im not sure about that but if you take it Ed it will only be mixed for a day
BlackOPS317Just pull the caps apart and separate on a table. Either use new empty caps which you can buy or if you have old caps your not using dump them out and refill them. You can use a piece of paper to fill the caps up. Any other questions PM me.
