Can somebody help me I'm about to run my first test e cycle 12 weeks, going to have aromasin on hand for my ai I just want to know the dosage I should take and how often I am a newbie! I been researching but just keep getting different info on it seems everbody has their own opinion on it.

I would start with a low dose. 12.5mg daily or even half that. Only bump it up if needed.
1-12:Test E 500mg/wk.
Aromasin:12.5 mg eod/or thinking just twice a week
12-16: Nolvadex 40/40/30/20
5'6 193 lbs 16% bf
Do you think this pct is good or should I have clomid in there to?
Go and rethink that PCT. I'm not telling you what it should look like as I want you to do the research. Do not run this cycle until you have your PCT and AI usage figured out and everything on hand. Isn't it funny how these young lads know what steroid they are going to put into there bodies but don't know what to do should a problem/side effect arise or even what a pct is.

Just a hint, brother, if you want to get everyone's help it's easiest if you post your stats here along with the cycle you intend to do with what you're taking, how much of it, how often etc.
We already got that it's your first cycle and at least you're doing a test only cycle...good start. Make sure you list your pct (post cycle therapy) as well. If you don't have that lined up, you best get it lined up before you start your cycle unless you're looking to f'k up your natural test production at only 26 years old.
