lWhen do you start yours? I've heard a lot of different things, read a few. My main question is do you wanna start it right off the bat or wait a few weeks before you start??

UPnSMOKEDo you have any journal/logs to reference? If you don't you should do so now. The key normally is starting ur AI when your
body normally needs it. Some folks barely ever need it. Some need it but not till weeks 3-6 some need it from day one. U want to gauge your body and when you get sides. But if this is your first time using an AI you want to wait until u get some sides. Bloat, acne, mood swings, libido change(for the worse). Start a journal so next time around u have a point of reference. It will probBly take a few cycles before you know exactly what and how your body will react to different compounds and how they aromatize in your body
My first full week of Test E 500mg a week. With 25mg x 2 a day.
I started keeping a journal I've been keeping track of what's been going on and such.

I cant see starting anything earlier than 2 weeks in , no matter what it is.
Id say the best plan would be plan the cycle, get a baseline blood test, stsrt your cycle , judge your body (bloating water retention etc ) and get another blood test 4-6 weeks in.

Ive done research and asked many vets and I was told to run it starting week 4-5. Im running mine right now at 6.25 mg ED since the half life is 27hours there is no point in running it EOD
Anonwhen to start depends on the compounds you're using.
As far as my lil knowledge tells me. U should wait 2-3 weeks after 1st pin before u jump on aromasin, starting taking it eod at low doses to keep the estro under control. Some folks dont use AI on cycle it all. And some other folks use it only if they start getting gyno like symptoms. So i guess this answers is not gonna be the same. Is more than likely according to the individual.
I figured it was user depicted. I have it and my Oct all on hand and over quantity of it just to be on the safe side I'll probably start next week on my Aromasin. Thanks for the feed back brother!
