aro dose durring cycle

so ive started my first cycle and have everything good to go but the dose of my aro that ill be taking during is in 25mg caps but for the chart that I got off of here that I'm using suggest 6.25 - 12. is an eod a ok compromise or should I get another dose pill. ( trying not to buy another set and this one that I have just sit there wasted)

Maybe adex might be better? I hear it's much easier to manage and since you posted about this being your first cycle I can't imagine why you'd need to go right for aromasin. Like IrishMack said though, your blood work will be able to determine what the best course of action is for you plus with that particular AI the half life is considerably shorter. But you could end up needing to use letro. You may be the type of person who aromatizes at a very high and fast rate to where letro would be your only option but no one will know what's going on with you unless you get the blood work and post it.

You should research more about aromasin, eod dosing does not work, it has to be every day, it only lasts 12 hours and then your estro starts to creep again. Better yet, get a blood test before your cycle, then another one 5 weeks in and see where you are.
that's not true every one is different if I take it ed even at 6.25 it puts my estro in the low teens if I take 12.5 e3d it keeps my levels in the mid 20sto low 30s. so for some eod or even e3d works since its a suicide there is no rebound if your not very gyno prone no need to kill it ed eod or e3d will keep it in check...saying every one should take it ed is like saying a glove is a one size fits all just my 2 cents.

ANY AI you should take PER the label for at least a week THEN draw bloods and see where your levels are at. aromasin has no rebound but estro starts to climb fast after 12 hours of not taking it. Unless you are telling everyone you have done every day for a week THEN had bloods, then switched to every other day for a week and then drew bloods right? Have you ever read the instructions on a prescription bottle of any AI or do you buy ugl all the time? Have you read any of the regular studies of ai's or just go with aas forums? Everyone is different but the drug stays the same. You have to take it as labeled for a week or more then get a blood test. That's common sense not broscience. I believe blood work and the label along with scientific results.
I get bloods done religiously and have for the last two years I get bloods every quarter as for ais my dr calls in my script and I have used ugl also and all my ugls have been right with script so far so yes I have many bloods to back e3d for me and saying estro shoots up rapidly after 12 hours again maybe true for some but not all if you don't convert at a high rate its not gonna rise rapidly I have crashed estro on 1k test and took 4 weeks to get back to the mid 20s so I would say shooting up rapidly after 12 hours again is not true for all. if you are gyno prone sure ed is best if you aren't I can guarantee ed is to much. this is why we see so many dudes screaming help I crashed my estro I read take it ed and now my dick don't work so its best to start slow its better to be a bit high than to low in my opinion but hey to each his own right. and for asking if I have ever read my script bottle yes I have on my adex and aro and it says take one aday but no way in hell I would do that would crash the shit outta me my Dr says he calls it in that way for my insurance to cover it not for me to take it that way...
So you have been on a constant AI for 2 years? I just saw my new urologist 3 months ago. For the past year I had to self medicate because of no insurance. I have not used an AI at all a few months prior to my visit. I had a total of 34 for my e2. I was using 150 a week of test cyp. He put me on 175 and no AI as my total test was 670 and free test was low. I ask questions because I care about my health and he told me most of his patients are not on any AI. The ones that are are given either 1mg of adex or 25mg of aromasin every day for 10 days and bloods get drawn immediately. From there he gauges where they need to be as far as dosing. But adex is prescribed either .5 every other day, 1mg every 3 days. And the aromasin is 2 times a day. Insurance provider dictates either adex or aromasin as what they will pay. Mine allows for aromasin as I have great insurance cuz the premiums put me in the poorhouse. One of the things that stuck out about him is I asked if there was any way I could try and get my own system to work again and given the timeframe I have been on he said I might be able to get my levels to at least 500 using Clomid and he used a nice fancy word I can't remember. I am seriously considering it as I am sick of being a slave. There is no glory in it. Anyways getting bloods drawn every quarter is nice on trt, but on cycle you need bloods drawn much sooner then that and you have zero idea what is working if you don't follow the label and the draw blood.
a lot of the times my blood is drawn on cycle cause doing it every 3 months for instance I just did bloods again last Thursday and I'm on 800mg cyp 600npp 50mg ed dbol so ill get a good on cycle ai gauge. my insurance covers both ais no questions ever asked but both my script bottles say take one daily. and the best gauge for me on estro when I'm inbetween bloods is my dick low takes a bit to get hard on and bust a nut in like two pumps right on easy erections controlled busting nut high 80% erection takes forever to bust a nut. so its just finding what works for you. but as for coming off a year ago or so I told my Dr I wanted to try to come off he got me on clomid hcg cant remember exact dosage and my test levels got to like 580ish but felt like shit so I got back on trt I don't mind pinning only reason I tried getting off is thaught it would help knock the wife up but had zero sex drive so I got back on kept taking hcg and about june my wife got off of birth control and thaught we would try even thou on test and bam she got pregnant so hey I wont ever come off again.
Ouch 25 mg caps that sucks aromasin has suck a short half life 6.25 everyday is what I shoot for but always depends on my bloods

I would say eod is a good starting point then up or lower it if you get high or low symptoms..
do to half life EOD is no good. If you get some empty capsules you can just split them 4 ways to 6.25. Do a google search they aren't hard to find.
25mg is alot you will probably crash your estrogen bad and have a limp dick that will get hard for only a minute then limp again bad back acne and loss in gains I would get some tabs at 12.5 start low cut in half but it's alot on bloods cycle test lvls it's really complicated man
