Arimidex and cholesterol

I'm about 2 weeks into a cycle of 500mg EW of test cyp. along with .5mg of Arimidex EOD. I'm getting my cholesterol checked in 6 weeks (Dr's orders). Any advise on how to keep my cholesterol within 'normal' range?

Trying to keep water retention down.
Lots of better ways to do that besides a high dose of adex n crashing your estro .... Like dandilion root extract... High dose Vitamin C daily... I could go on
But you chose Adex? Why not create a form and ask what would be best for preventing water retention other than reducing sodium intake n others
