Adex Dosage While on Cycle

I am currently on a 8 week cycle of Sustanon 250 Milligrams per ML and Trenbolone Acetate 75 milligrams per milliliter. I am running the Sustanon at 500 milligrams per week and the Tren at 75 milligrams every other day. My question is what dosage should I use for this cycle with my arrimidex. You know like, .5 milligrams every third day or every other day?

If you don't know your AI requirements what are you doing running sust and tren?! I suppose you don't know about prolactin control either. If you haven't started this cycle don't, you have a lot more research to do. First cycles are always test only so you can figure out how your system responds.
Thats an impossible question to answer. Everyone is different and has higher and lower rates of estrogen conversion. Also a big thing is if you're using pharm grade or ugl. If its properly dosed I personally would start at .25mg eod and get blood work at week 6 and see if you need to make an adjustment.
