Adex dosage amount while on cycle

I am currently on a 8 week cycle of Sustanon 250 Milligrams per ML and Trenbolone Acetate 75 milligrams per milliliter. I am running the Sustanon at 500 milligrams per week and the Tren at 75 milligrams every other day. My question is what dosage should I use for this cycle with my arrimidex. You know like, .5 milligrams every third day or every other day?

Don't run Adex until you feel a sign that you need it the hit .25 eod
Do you have caber for prolactin sides from the tren?
Agree with bros suggestions below. When did ur cycle begin? And, do u have blood work planned soon? Nice compounds, dosages and cycle length. Also, monitor your sides as the cycle ends and goes past the eight wk mark. Continuing the AI and Caber (DA) 2-3 wks into PCT, will be necessary to combat estro rebound and prolactin sides. Do you have a PCT lined up, or are u TRT?
with 500mg test/wk .25mg E3d has worked fine for me. How much have you had to use for your other cycles?
Def agree with determining cycle history.
Seen your stats already . If it was me start spur low in your AI then as sides appear bump by .25 till sides disappear and are controlled. Also have caber on hand in case prolactin becomes an issue. I just like starting small making small adjustments so you know what's working and what's not . . One thing with aromadex it suppresses it does not destroy it like aromasin or letro. Always good to have a couple diff just in case one is bunk or your not responding to another
I would start off with .5e3d as you mentioned and listen to your body. Then bump to .5 eod of need be and etc. it's all about how your body responds so there's no set in stone dosage. Also, I would recommend having some caber or prami on hand for the tren, prolactin can become an issue which you can easily confuse for high estrogen.
