What to do when you are ripped off ?

ad

I am actually a new member on this site but I have been reading posts and educating myself here for quite a while. I have learned a lot from forums like Eroids, their information is valuable and much appreciated.

A few months ago I was reading of a source that has decent ratings among members here, so I decided to place a small order of a little over $500 dollars. To make the long story short more than 2 months went by and no gear, they are not responding to my emails or requests. They seemed to be good at answering emails when I first placed the order but later they just decided not to answer my inquiries. Yesterday they sent me an email asking me to rate their service, kind of like mocking me.

I am not sure if it is allowed to mention their name here but they are J*****i Labs which stole over $500 dollars. (Moderator please feel free to modify further if it's not allowed on your boards)

At this point I am not upset that they just took my money but I'm more upset that they seemed to contact me a few times when I first placed the order and after I mentioned that I did not receive the gear, they just disappeared on me.

What can I do at this point? Should I cut my loses?

Thanks.

What made you decide to place an order with this certain business? What reviews prompted you to order from them?

Edit your post and delete the name.

Take your review to the source discussion board and provide detailed info there. Then continue contacting them and see if you can get some information.

Keep contacting them, daily.

Contacting them is something I have been doing, so it does not work.
I've had the same reliable source for many years and just this one time decided to check these guys out because their prices were appealing....well, I paid the price.
I edited their name as I don't want to break any forum rules.
I will definitely stick with the top 5-10 sources.

Dude just edit the name out before the mods see it. They're gonna tell you that you should've read the rules and probably dock you. I'm sorry you lost your money and maybe it will still show up. For the most part the sources here are very reliable but sometimes when you play the game you lose. I'd stick with the top 5 or 10 sources here. They're at he top for a reason but there's still no guarantee.

No, I would respectfully contact them and ask them what the deal is? Tell them you never received your package so how could you rate their services. Also, ask if they intend on providing said products. That's what I would do. $500 is $500. I don't know bout you but I would definitely go this route before just writing off half a g.
