I started doing test and tren about a year ago - off and on - I just came from getting a 5 cm tumor removed from my spine - does anyone thing the steroid use caused the tumor.
Never had any other health issues

I would highly doubt AAS use caused it.
It could have been an under lying issue that you never knew about.
Doubt it was the gear. Thought your test and tren were bunk or severely under dosed based on one of your rants a year ago? I'm pretty sure that was you.
