Hello everyone I have a few questions about my dosage and pct. I'm a division one basketball player who's in the offseason and looking to gain a lot of strength and lean mass. I'm currently 6'3 200 lbs with low bf%

Cycle
1-8 test prop 200 -250 mg weekly pinning eod
3-8 anavar 20-40 mg ed 1-2 times daily due to short half life
AI?? (do I need one)
Pct Clomid dosage??

Can give you guys any answers to any questions I'm looking for overall critique on my cycle plus anything else is greatly appreciated.

What is your diet like? How many cals are you consuming? What is the macro split?

You are not going to gain much strength or lean mass eating like that, even if you were on cycle. You are probably right around or even likely below maintenance especially if you are an athlete. Need to eat much more. You should be pushing 4K+ cals with at least 300g protein. You also need to log food if you are serious about this. Guestimating doesn't count. At your age, a properly designed diet would put you on a whole other level.

Your macros and cals are what you need to track. Myfitnesspal is a good app to do that with.

It all starts with the diet, whether on or off cycle. Steroids will never make up for a shitty diet either.

There are meal plans out there based on your TDEE and I have some for bodybuilding which work well for me. I do not have posted on this site however. You will probably want to get one more primarily geared towards bodybuilding (i.e adequate amounts of protein). Still have to weigh out and measure food but it takes out some of the guesswork out when building a diet.

I know a trainer for a Big 10 football team and he provides meal programs for his athletes. Basketball might be different, but I would ask your trainers about setting up a meal plan for your goals. Worth a shot anyway.
