Hello everyone I have a few questions about my dosage and pct. I'm a division one basketball player who's in the offseason and looking to gain a lot of strength and lean mass. I'm currently 6'3 200 lbs with low bf%
Cycle
1-8 test prop 200 -250 mg weekly pinning eod
3-8 anavar 20-40 mg ed 1-2 times daily due to short half life
AI?? (do I need one)
Pct Clomid dosage??
Can give you guys any answers to any questions I'm looking for overall critique on my cycle plus anything else is greatly appreciated.

TricepatopsI agree that is what alot of people here do rip people and think they are this site and whatever they say is what is true. We are all here well most of us are here to learn and help others. No matter how dumb a question someone asks I don't rip on them because for them it may not be a dumb question but one that could jeopardize their health.

TricepatopsDon't understand? There are people on here that are going to use AAS no matter what we say. There will be one guy who approves it and 60 who don't and they will listen to the one guy. I don't co-sign for anything just telling him if he is going to do it. Get your shit together and know what you are doing. I won't walk him through it at all because I am not knowledgeable enough for AAS use for a basketball player. Get your bloods and a doc and make sure you are in good enough health. I know when I was that age I probably would do it no matter what. If the kid is good enough to make it to the pros and this makes him get better and earn say a higher draft pick then he will do it. Millions of dollars or maybe not whatever. I have no idea if he is any good. But most people on here you can tell if they are going to listen or not about using. Just being realistic about some people. But if you had a chance to do a cycle that will help you get better and maybe make you millions or whatever don't you think you would do it? All these athletes get tested but still take a chance because of money. I had friends on College team that got tested and almost 65 percent or more used AAS. If they didn't then they were falling behind or losing starting jobs and could potentially lose money. Maybe he . Is that good or just wants to get better and jump higher get stronger, faster, it is all about how far you will go to get better.

prolific187I know most people start cycles after 25 but given you understand my circumstances I'm not doing this for physique by any means this is for pure athletic gains hence the 200-250 mg test p and 20-40 mg of var isn't close to what others have recommenced me. You'd be surprised how many 18-21yo athletes are doping. If you like college football that 6'1 235lb rb who runs a sub 4.4 40 yd dash is DEFINITELY juicing.

I doubt you are 200lbs, not even close probably. It's just not possible with how intense colleges sport training etc is. You should be eating way more to be 200lbs with that activity level. What else are you lying about?

You are not going to gain much strength or lean mass eating like that, even if you were on cycle. You are probably right around or even likely below maintenance especially if you are an athlete. Need to eat much more. You should be pushing 4K+ cals with at least 300g protein. You also need to log food if you are serious about this. Guestimating doesn't count. At your age, a properly designed diet would put you on a whole other level.

Your macros and cals are what you need to track. Myfitnesspal is a good app to do that with.

It all starts with the diet, whether on or off cycle. Steroids will never make up for a shitty diet either.

There are meal plans out there based on your TDEE and I have some for bodybuilding which work well for me. I do not have posted on this site however. You will probably want to get one more primarily geared towards bodybuilding (i.e adequate amounts of protein). Still have to weigh out and measure food but it takes out some of the guesswork out when building a diet.

I know a trainer for a Big 10 football team and he provides meal programs for his athletes. Basketball might be different, but I would ask your trainers about setting up a meal plan for your goals. Worth a shot anyway.

prolific187Appreciate the feedback honestly I need to reach peak level performance I know I'm young for steroids but their is money involved and I've done lots of research. I've been training for 7 years and I eat well all the time it's more so about pushing my natural limits.
