sust vs. single ester test

I have done some reading on some other forums and looking at some posts here and it seems that some people feel sustanon is better than the single ester test. Is there any real evidence to back this up or is just a matter of personal opinion?

Single esters will peak faster than sust. If you are using 750mg or more go for sust any less than that you will get more from test e/c
