SARMS
ad
Hello guys,
I’m a 49 y/o male. The last time I was on the juice was back in ‘92- 94. I was using test enanthate, d’bol, anadrol 50 and winstrol. I made some decent gains gaining about 20 lbs. I went from 180 lbs to 200. I can say that I was feeling great until one day suddenly depression set in. I just didn’t care about going to the gym or bodybuilding anymore.
The depression lasted for a little while and I resumed my bodybuilding endeavors but no juice since then.
I currently weigh 220 lbs @ 5’10”. I’ve been lifting since ‘86 pretty regularly.
Anyway, I know what steroids can do, they work but you have to use your head.
My question is does anyone have any experience using SARMS?

jayiskI've seen ..,to my surprise.., several of the younger gyms in the gym have great success with SARMS. but they have never used AAS yet.
Very noticeable change in their overall physique, size, and strength gains. Not bloated either.
CibaI'd use them as addition to steroids I wouldn't run any sarm solo except gw which worked wonders for stamina. 10mg LGD + 500mg test gave me amazing fullness and extra strenght, moreso than test only. It's crazy but when I'm on lgd it actually deepens my voice.
My opinion on SARMs is mixed. Some are very promising like Cardarine (GW-501516), Which is not really SARM but rather PPARδ receptor agonist. Many are very satisfied with its results for losing fat and speed up metabolism. Than MK-677and MK-2866 are the next one on my interest.
But for the most part, I would personally just stick to good old ASS, as they are well known for many decades and there is tons of research done with them.
And it is really amazing how different stacks can make real differences...those combos are almost unlimited.
Many SARMS are poorly researched and even those that are are usually on mice or other animals. For example Cardarine could even cause cancer.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1748178/
but if you look at the study you will find that mices receive extreme dosages 0mg, 54.9mg, 219.6 or 439.2mg PER DAY for the length of 2 YEARS...
Here you should note that you have to calculate mice dosages into the human effective dosage. Most users use 30-50mg a day and most researchers seem to experiment with GW-501516 for roughly 2 to 3 months, not 2 years.
So like I said this area is still mysterious and I would not want to become one of the victims to find out long term side effects. IMO they are interesting, but I would rather wait and stick to what I know.
Besides they are rather expensive drugs...You could get a lot more good quality AAS for that money.
This is only my thinking, the decision is yours anyway. If you do decide to experiment with them I would be thankful if you share your experience with them.
Dam, Thank you gapi2911, I'm new to SARMs so any information on it helps!
You are welcome, mate....That is why we are here after all
SARMS is a whole subject onto itself. There are so many different ones, and reports from different users bring different results.
I suggest you state you goals so we could be of more help to you. You question his very vague. Do some research as well.
Ok. So how do SARMS compare to AAS?
I’ve read SARMS are a lot less toxic to the liver and the amount of muscle you gain is not as much as steroids. I would be interested in something that gives me a 5-10 lb gain in lean muscle, and a good pump. Don’t care too much about strength gain.
Can anyone suggest a Sarm for that?
I just finished my first cycle of RAD-140 (testolone).
I held very little excess water, got decent pumps, and strength definitely went up after week 4 or so. I ran it for around 12 weeks and got about 7lbs if lean muscle out of it. I was taking 16.6mg in the mornings.
Not as much fun as AAS but it was a decent cycle and was honestly a little more than I expected out of it. Might be just what you’re looking for.
