Question on ancillaries....

ad

I just finished a 6 month run on Test cyp at 500 mg/wk and a couple other AASs (I understand this was stupid and have already been flamed significantly over it) and I had a question about AI's. I had anastrozole on hand in case of sides but nothing ever presented itself that caused me alarm. My question is this: On cycle, should I be taking some kind of AI the entire time or only if I see/feel side effects? Is it best practice to take a small dose regardless or only when you notice something or bloodwork says E is too high? I've never received a conclusive answer on this. Thanks!

People use Caber for Tren and Deca. Both are 19nor compounds. Your gonna end up with a nice set of boobs when your estrogen rebounds and then you'll be wishing you had done some blood work. Some folks just have to learn the hard way.

Well thats why I'm here asking these questions... I don't want a nice set of boobs. I don't even want an ugly set of boobs. No boobs is my preference. So in order to keep myself boob-free do I need to be on an AI even when on trt?

Ok. Get blood work. Got it.

Ok. Thank you. Can I post it here when I do?

I didn't do my research and didn't know any better. My ignorance has been enlightened.

So it's all based off blood work and what's happening in your body then. But when I'm only on my trt dose I don't need an AI then?

you need BLOOD WORK to determine! it's like getting on to a car Forum and randomly asking, "does my car need brake fluid?" you have to run diagnostics and evaluate the situation.

these questions have already been answered numerous times before. BLOOD WORK should be your go-to first for any issues on Cycle and post cycle. nearly everyone needs to take an ai on Cycle whether there are direct or noticeable sign or not. test aromatizes into estrogen. excessively high levels of estrogen are actually toxic to the body and place unnecessary stress on your liver. the amount of ai needed varies from person to person and the only way to dial it in properly is BLOOD WORK.

everyone is ultimately here to help on another. I cant help but to point out your remark to "getting flamed" though . you're asking some questions that really open you up to catching some flack and many of these questions could be answered through you using the search option and reading through old threads and stickies.

Well, I wanted a better consensus because I've seen so many different responses to that question. So now that I'm off the high dose test, would my E levels remain high for a long time? Would I need to take an AI now even though I'm back to the trt dose?

So you take something different when you take orals than when you are on straight test? I thought caber was for tren only.. shows what I know.

Agreed, no flaming took place. That was some of the nicest interactions I've seen.

Probably because I don't pretend to know much about this stuff when I obviously don't. And when I ask for advice I don't spur everyone's answers and do what I want to do anyway; I listen to those who know more than I do and apply their knowledge towards myself. I messed up on my first cycle but that's why I searched this site out and created an account and posted it so I could get advice and help from others because I don't know anyone in person that deals with this stuff. I'm always willing to accept wisdom from others.
