overtraining on test prop
ad
Hey guys just wondering... I'm on my second week of test prop and is there anyways to overtrain a muscle while on it? For example I did chest and bis yesterday....do yall think it would be to do back and hit bis again?

It all depends on your recuperation time. And that depends mostly on your nutrition, sleep, etc. Professional level athletes do more things right to recuperate muscles the your average guy trying to stay in shape. When I fought pro and even before from military training I would sit in ice baths to prevent inflammation. It works it is also painful but I would be able to train longer and harder then others who didn't. So I guess my point is a lot will factor in to how much and often a person can train.
RustyhookerGotta have your rest. Train hard as ya can and recoup. Abs/calves every non leg day.
Day 1 chest/ back. All angles! 6-8sets 10-12.
Day 2 upper thighs. 6-8 sets of 15...full range motion
Day 3-delts bis tris
Off
Repeat.
Mix in drops sets as needed. All angles means all angles...flat bench.incline, decline, flat flies, incline flues, decline flies....abs/calves.....cable shrugs, bar shrugs, seated rows, wide pulldowns, narrow pulldows.
50g micro whey after gym.
No1Yes I agree I dont think there is a such thing as over training but hitting the same muscle day after day you arent letting it heal and grow so whats the point
Captain DickMcL...^100% correct, no such thing as over training , just under eating
