If you bleed from a spot injection do you loose gear? And if so should you reinject?

Not always, I've had just blood, a mixture of the two, and for the first time last night an ass load of oil oozed out - probably three tenths of a CC but the most I've seen. Unless it is significant, there is no need to do another injection. I didn't do another injection when I lost .3 CC last night.
Read up on the Z-Track injection method. It will save you this trouble. The girlfriend has been slacking on this method and I made sure we had a refresher.
