NPP, TB-500+BPC157
ad
Evening, been having some shoulder/bicep tendon issues that have really been negatively effecting my workouts. Ive had shoulder problems before, but this feels more nagging. While im backing off, focusing on prehab and rehab, id like to help accelerate some recovery of it/ have it atleast feel better.
Currently running just 300mg of test c, but wondering if NPP at a therapeutic dose is better or worse than running bpc-15 + Tb500.
• If NPP, does doses 200mg a week or less require caber? Or is it have caber on hand then decide after getting prolactin checked in 4 weeks??
•If TB500 + BPC157, what dosage and frequency is the best for this combo?

Tb500 half life 72hrs. Pin E3D Standard to run it at 10-20mg per week the first four weeks. Once the peptide is built up in the system. Drop to 5-10mg per week for the next 8 weeks.
Right now I'm 7 weeks into the 12 week cycle. I used 10mg per week to load.
Bpc157 half life 6 hours. Using it twice per day 250mcg per inj. I use it 5 on two off. Running it along side the tb500. Feeling great!
The npp may help by slightly boosting rbcs and getting a little more oxygen flow to the problem areas. The peptides really do bring inflammation down big time tho I'm definitely with the idea of choosing those over the npp.
Contemplating on making some eye drops for my dog who has cataracts. Read somewhere it works great to reverse them.
I'm actually doing all of that right now. NPP doesn't actually fix anything. It just masks it. Though i have found that deca is better at hiding the aches and pains of my shoulder. I've been running 350 test p/npp/mast P for about 7 weeks now. It took 4 weeks at least to notice the npp starting to make my joints feel better. I've recently added in bpc/tb. 500 mcg of each twice daily. My shoulder does feel better. But that's more from the npp masking it and hanging from pull up bars to open the joint more so than the 1 week of the peptides.
Nobody can tell you at what dose you're going to need things like AI's or caber. Everyone is different. You're just going to have to have some on hand and get bloodwork done to check. Obviously if you start lactating you should start taking your caber. I don't need any @ 350 npp per week but 350 deca has raised my prolactin levels in the past. I'd probably focus on the peptides and rehab to make things actually better. I'm not taking the npp for its ability to help my joints feel better. Because after you stop they'll just go right back to bothering you. Better to do things that will actually help longer term.
Thanks for the honest reply man, this was what i was looking for. Ordering the peptides now, and will save the NPP for a future cycle.
I’ve been running Bpc157 on my right shoulder the past couple months and it helps way more than I thought it would(10+year old injury). I do about 300mcg twice a week but I also don’t push the issue when it’s agitated. Bpc, as I understand, is better for internal organs and the TB500 is better for muscles/tendons/ligaments as I’ve read; but I haven’t used TB yet. Results will vary from person to person, injury to injury. Also, I don’t think NPP is the answer here although it may have positive properties.
Thank you for the input, gonna give this a go. I didnt think NPP was the answer honestly, but i figured i would cover all bases.
From my understanding npp will only mask the issue and might lead to more issues as you will be able to push yourself causing further damage. Npp is definitely not the answer.
I have no experience with TB500 or BPC157 so I’ll let someone else chime in on that.
