Mixing equal ml test e 500 with gso to dilute?

ad

Was wondering on thoughts from anyone who has knowledge on mixing. I mixed 8ml test e 500 with 8ml sterile gso to dilute to 250.

I understand that my first mistake was buying test e 500 thinking I could handle the pip. I definitely could not but now I have it and was wondering the actual possibility of mixing the 2 in a sterile vial, heating, shaking and it actually mixing to a perfect 250 ml/mg

I have already done the mixture. After shaking the bottle you can tell that the two do not mix. You can see the separation very easily.

I heated the mixture in the oven, with a needle stuck in top, at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for a total of 30 minutes and after shaking the mixture it looks perfect with absolutely no separation. 2 days later still no separation. The question is whether or not this is possible for the mixture to be perfectly balanced at 250mg/ml

I have already purchased a new vial of test 300 just to be safe but still want to know if anyone has any knowledge on this.

I know most people just mix 50/50 or whatever combo right in the syringe but wanted to know scientifically if they would mix equally when heated.

So, it's a science experiment.

We have a willing guinea pig ,....... (you).

So let's experiment.

We expect a full report,........ if you live.

So far so good. Two days after dose I’m still alive... For now

press1's picture

Not being funny bud but it sounds like you can't actually afford to replace 1 vial of test which you no longer know the proper state of now - If thats the case you shouldn't be cycling to begin with. Sounds like the whole thing is being done on a wing and a prayer .....

tonytouch145's picture

I would never start anything like this if I couldn’t afford it. I’m not rich but I can afford to spend a few hundred on a test cycle. I have 2 vials that came yesterday. I don’t think the sterility is an issue I was worried about the gear degrading which is why I ordered them. My dose was due before they came and I was confident enough that it wasn’t a problem to take the dose.

press1's picture

I haven't been referring to him blending it - I've been talking about him heating it in the oven for half an hour.

This wasn’t an idea I personally came up with. You can read dozens of forums from over the last 10 years of people discussing baking their ugl gear at 250-300F just to sterilize. Since I’ve heard no proof of it degrading I figured it wouldn’t hurt for blending.

press1's picture

Okay, do what you want to do with it. All this over 1 cheap vial of test.

tonytouch145's picture

I think this just got off topic at some point. I was just asking a question of if they would mix.

tonytouch145's picture

That’s what I figured. It seems like people are taking this 15 minutes of work I put into mixing it (plus the oven time) as being a complete waste of time. I still bought new gear anyway just in case someone knew for a fact that the hormone would be degraded. That’s the only thing I was worried about. Sterility wasn’t a huge worry as I did everything safely

KMC's picture

Bingo.

Lol Bingo because I mixed the vials together and asked a question?

Bingo because it really sounds like your flying by the seat of your pants.

I’m not sure how or why you would say that or If maybe you didn’t read the original post. I already have new gear. Either way it seems wasteful to just toss something if it’s fine so I decided to ask the question of whether or not it will mix perfectly.

KMC's picture

if it’s fine

I see, ........ but it is not fine.
But go ahead, be in denial.

tonytouch145's picture

If that’s the case we are both in denial. I understand that’s your opinion for whatever reason but neither one of us have any scientific facts of whether or not 30 minutes of 250 degrees degrades it.

KMC's picture

Test E has a melting point of 37° C, (that is less than 100°F).
So 1/2 an hour at 250°F (I'm assuming °F)........

We are into science experiment territory now, as the designated guinea pig let us know how it goes.

Melting point is not relevant to the degradation but yes I will be sure to let you know.

Exactly how distillation works. Fractional is used for gasoline and alcohol. A lot of organic reactions won’t even take place without a certain amount of applied heat so it’s really a gamble what’s going on in there. Look at trans fats. They start out as cis bonds and once heated to a certain point it isomerizes into the trans form which is lower in energy. If any EO was in there 250 degrees could turn the cis bond into trans and who knows what that does in the body

Johnny Bravo's picture

Yeah a simple measurement of freezing point depression or boiling point elevation could tell if there’s any impurities and the mole fraction present. Figuring out which compounds are the impurities is a whole different ballgame since the change in temperature is dependent on the substance and it’s concentration. Separation is even more of a chore. Surprised you remember this stuff at your age. Props to you I’m only 27 and I barely remember what I did a week ago lol

Sounds like a science experiment,......... I've got a good line on a guinea pig.

Damn bro thats alot of hassle for a 10ml vial of Test. Chuck that painful oil in the trash and pin 250mg and only that from now on. The scar tissue, or lack thereof will thank you.

tonytouch145's picture

It really wasn’t a lot of hassle which is why I did it. Draw gso, draw test, put in sterile vial and put in oven. 10-15 minutes max of actual work.

Jjuice2020's picture

So you can just draw .5 c of each and it will dilute? I have some deca 600 and was thinking about doing .5 c of deca and .5 c of gco

tonytouch145's picture

I would hope people are writing that just for safety or sterility reasons of mixing the two, but idk. Since I’ve done it myself I trust that everything was done correctly.

tonytouch145's picture

Yeah it sucked. I appreciate any constructive criticism or pointers so thanks. Unfortunately I learned the hard way

Redmanlfc's picture

Very good points from alpha and rage below!

tonytouch145's picture

Yes it was sterile filtered gso. Maintained sterility to the best of my knowledge. Cleared and cleaned a workspace with alcohol. Pulled the test in one syringe, gso in another. Into a sterile vial and into the oven.

Still I understand it’s not the best idea. I took my dose on Friday night. All is good right now. If I die I’ll have someone else follow up in the thread.

rageracing's picture

Why not get some gear thats not dosed so high? Test is cheap bro. Is it really worth yrying to get the 500mg stuff to be tolerable? Just get some test C200mg or testE 250mg andchalk this up to a learning experience.

tonytouch145's picture

i honestly did not imagine it would be as bad as it was. I’ve really never had a problem with pip. I always use a heating pad before and after dose but that 500 doesn’t give a shit what you do, it’s just gonna sit there and chill for as long as it wants.

press1's picture

I was thinking this too, just start a fresh with some new vials and get it done right. No if's and buts about the state of the new concoction anymore.

Redmanlfc's picture

Yep that’ll work fine bud.

press1's picture

I'd be more concerned with how much of the hormone was destroyed after half an hour cooking in the oven Lol But I guess you'll see from bloods ....

tonytouch145's picture

From what I know (read) 250 degrees shouldn’t be enough to degrade unless it’s a prolonged period of time, definitely way more than a half hour. Then again who really knows unless you get it tested or do your bloods.

Would love some more info on that aspect though if anyone knows.

Redmanlfc's picture

Probs be okay to be fair, hormones are pretty resilient to heat I believe. Don’t know a massive amount about it but I’m pretty sure a lot of homebrewers heat their gear up in a similar manner, partly to dissolve and partly to sterilise. At least that’s what I read when I was looking to do so many years again.
