Hi I’m 32 and looking to start doing a course and buying through assSteroids.oh I would like to know what is required in terms of doing some safer steroids ( meaning with the least side affects) and still being able to be sexually active. How long at what dose and what pct to get. Is there a thing called hcg you can take while doing your course. I am just after advice as I don’t want to stuff myself up.

There are no safer steroids. You need to get your training and diet on track before even thinking about any form of PED.
Stop, don't take anything. Go and do at least a year of research before you do. Read, research and research some more. Read through the treads here, the information here is awesome and you can find pretty much any answer you need to know just by searching.

I am new and read the rules twice to make no mistake, you should do the same!
Regarding your question, HCG is a compound u use during the last 2-6 weeks and 2-4 weeks after your cycle. It helps the testicles to recover way faster than with a serm only pct. Optinal u can use HMG too, but only necessary after harsh and long cycles.
More details the guys here can give u only if you submit your cycle.
There are guides to pct all over here mate, references to steroids types and peoples experiences first hand with steroids. With the side effects, mental effects the ups and downs. What's needed diet wise to achieve what your after, as drugs won't do this alone.
Won't get many people throwing out a cycle for you, as you need to research first. To know what your goals are and go from there. Once you know post a cycle with your pct plan diet plan etc. I'm sure people will advise from there.
