What do you need gear for at 165 and 5'11"?
If your trying to gain wait up your calories and work on your training, theres alot left to be gained naturally even at your age man. Do you think or know you have low testosterone? If thats the case your doc should get you that Cyp. With it you'll get regular blood work and all the other goodies you need once you start using any exogenous source of testosterone.

plenty of sites here.... as for her there is no magic pill if there was the world would not be overweight. comes down to simple... more calories burned than calories consumed = weight loss.. guaranteed to work no mater what medical condition a person has
