I have been taking oral winnie for a month, and want to switch to pinning it, because I can tell my liver does not like it.
I have been taking 60mg a day oral, what would be the equatable dose of injectable? It's 50mg/ml.

Yup, I can tell. I have always been sensitive to medications and things that impact liver or kidneys. My liver function tests always come out fine though.

I have Delta oral winnie, and it's fine, no real taste.
