Too much BA is usually the culprit, anyone that brews own gear will know this by their experiments.
This is why some recipes have higher BB Than BA, to avoid pain and "sloth" down with flu feeling....

Well I am also a pussy(I guess....lol) The BA is more likely Ethanol and the boiling point is 175F. at that temp your compounds are fine. heat oven to 175F, bust the caps and place on a cookie sheet. Let them go for 15 minutes. If you see sweating or slight marbling effect in the oil the process is working. If not bump temp up 5-10degrees wait 5 maybe 10 minutes and check for the movement in the vial(s). Hard to say how much or alcohol is in there and how long to "cook out". Keep checking the marbling/movement in the vial until it slows and you've released some alcohol. Us pussy MF'ers have to stick together.....lol
Sounds like it got way too hot!! An 18 pin isn't going to vent enough and the stovetop thing is too out of control. Just one vial I'd toss it.

BA has a Boiling point 205 °C, 401 °F, 478 K.
Couldn't you have just added sterile oil to reduce the percentage of BA ???
ETA: It could also be the high concentraion of gear in the oil (3 compounds).
