Dbol vs. Anadrol?

I'm considering trying Anadrol 50 for the next cycle with test e for mass. I tried the same with dbol but got horrible migraines. Any thoughts on which one works better for mass. And preferably less headaches, or a way to combat them besides drinking a 5 gal bucket ofwater a day.

i've ran dbol, anadrol, and anadrol and dbol together... i would have to say anadrol alone at a higher dose was the most effective for me. no sides just good wet gains

I love them both but ANADROL is my favorite oral.
Sometimes sides are individual or even just dosage
related.

Imo people are using too much dbol also. Back in the day a 50mg tablet would have been considered insane. 25mg per day is nice for quality gains and less sides.

It seemed using Hawthorn and COQ10 supplements for blood pressure have possible helped me with dbol.

Anadrol is a great compound if you get no side effects from it. If you do get severe side effects then I would suggest dropping the compound and finding something that works well with your body. I think too many people out there try to force themselves to use compounds ( Tren is a good example) that do not agree with their bodies instead of focusing on compounds that mesh well with their own personal chemistry.

The point is to find compounds that work well with your body chemistry. Doing a cycle should be enjoyable not a miserable experience.

I totally agree with this. I only really use four compounds, occasionally another two (Masteron, and Nandrolone rarely), because I don't get bad sides, and get good results from the four I use (not all together mind).

For example I got good gains from Tbol, but terrible stomach pains, bloat, gas, etc. I just can't use it without those sides, and don't see the point in forcing myself through it just for the gains. Rather use something else to be honest.

dbol for mass... just keep drinking water.. Sdrol is pretty good too,, you might want to research it and consider it

One of anadrol's most common side effects is headaches. Just letting you know.

I read your profile and you say your a hard gainer. It also says you've used tren and gear for 8 years and you're still at 190 and 6'1". With all due respect, you need to learn to eat. More gear won't get you where you want to go (as your previous 8 years has shown). Viking has some great post in here about gaining. Spend some time there and master that before you start adding more gear. Best of luck.

Seriously, I don't know what Hugh Jackman means. My point is that you need to lay down a solid goal and then we can give you better direction.

Not 8 years strait. I've had lapses in training due to injuries and other personal issues. I've only ran about 6 cycles total. I eat a lot of strait macros but I'm also trying optimums serious mass.

Hey man, don't take this the wrong way I'm not implying you don't count your macros.

Optimum's serious mass is great if you have trouble eating and are looking for 250grams of carbs, 50 grams of protein and roughly 1200kcals in one drink. But honestly it changes nothing, you're either hitting the macros you're shooting for or you're not.

The best gains come when you count your macros and total caloric intake, and get your protein intake from foods with good amino acid content (5grams of BCAA per serving, whether from steak, eggs, chicken, or whey etc).

If you're shooting for a certain ratio (350/350/50 : 3250kcals total) and your weight stalls, you could say increase carbs by 25 grams, or 50 grams. Easy way to go up and down in weight, just got to make sure you're weighing and counting everything.

Anyway you might be counting everything, not sure from your post. I train a bunch of guys who cycle. Usually one of the first things I ask is how many kcals do you eat a day, they'll give me some number, like 4000kcals. But they're not weighing anything or counting anything, so when you ask what they eat and you count it for them, it's usually more like 3000kcals max, not even that. Not saying you're under calorie'd and I HOPE you don't take this the wrong way bro, just hopefully some friendly advise!

Anyone can get migraines with Dbol if you dont drink enough water. They both different compounds, i've try them both, never again, too bloated
