dark red blood??

So today I got hit during my practice match! I got hit on my nose and danm dark red blood!!?? I know it can be eq I guess!! But that dark red! M taking asprin everyday! Any suggestion is appreciated! M on 600mg eq and 300mg test e a week!

what about grapefruit, turmeric, and garlic would that help?

Copious amount of water will help, but if one is running EQ most are going to have this problem. The only true way to lower it is to get the blood out. I'm not advocating my method, but one needs to donate blood at least once a month or at least have their hematocrit tested frequently to know when to donate. I let my own blood out because certain donation centers only allow donations once every fifty or so days. My hematocrit has continue to climb dramatically. I have lowered all my drugs and the problem still persists. I could fix it by coming completely off, but that would still take months for it to come back to normal, if I didn't get the blood out. I'd rather stay on and treat the side effects. My doctor disagrees with this thought process

Hematocrit levels are high. I've had an ongoing battle with this for a couple months. Go donate some blood. I've began just sticking myself with a needle and bleeding in a sink.
