So as my friend suggested not to take nova neither clomid as a pct I decided to go with
Arimidex
Hcg
Clen
Exemestane
Proviron
He told me that clomid does what estrogen does and u have to have high estrogen in your body so clomid can work! Is that true tho? Will my stack work fine?

Lol it's a good thing you made this post because your friend is a botard. OmNom has it layed out for you. That's the tried and true method for a reason, it works. That being said, the "cycle" you posted below put a great deal suppression on your hpta axis. Hopefully you will be able to bounce back and recover your natural production. I'd recomend posting in the beginners cycle forum to get a better foundation and understanding for future cycles. That way you will be able to run your cycles safer and more effectively. Your friend needs to be sterilized which will prlly happen considering his idea of PCT..
Clomid will help your balls to produce more test.. it's not estrogen..............
Arimidex is an AI like exemestane so you don't need both.. Just go with the aromasin which does not have rebound where adex does
Clen is stupid to use in PCT.. it'll screw with your thyroid and just cause you to become fat after and hinder natty test recovery once dropped

Your pct should look like
Clomid 100/100/50/50mg
Nolva 40/40/20/20mg
Aromasin 12.5 or 6.25 as needed

Minimal at very high doses. Using a diet aid in pct will cause loss of mass. pct means post cycle therapy. Meaning you are post cycle, after cycle, done with cycle. Stop using drugs that aren't going to aid your body in getting back to natural. nolva, clomid, aromasin or torem, and triptorelin. Nothing other than those. And food and rest.

I'm not familiar with peptides. the little bit I do know is that they can be used between cycles. Don't know about during pct tho.

This, or these, is the worst cycle layout I have ever seen. Do some research after you run the suggested pct, and take a long time off before you ever decide to cycle again bro.
bigunThese gentlemen have given you sound, solid advice. The only thing I would add is that you might want to give some consideration to having a blood test done in 2 month to evaluate how your body has recovered. If you do and post your results i'm sure the community would be glad to help you interpret them and advise you on the next steps ie: continued pct protocols or a safer cycle layout once you've completed the proper amount of time off. Your friends talking out of his ass. Clomid and nolva should both be used for PCT. look at the PCT forum section and see for yourself
