D-Bol Balls

Buddy of mine was taking 30/50 mlg of d-Bol a day for about the past 3 weeks and he told me his testicles started hurting a little..I didn't know what to tell him... Anyone heard of this or is it In his head...

Sometimes testicles can shrink some on AAS.
One reason doing things proper make all the
difference.
I get that same pain myself when I increase my test dose for a blast and also when I decrease back to regular trt dose. It was so painful the last time I went to the doctor to get it checked out. Doctor could find anything wrong. Pain faded away in a few days. My theory is that testes are responding to the increase or decrease in test level and are shutting down or restarting. Just my theory.

Is he dehydrated?
That I'm unsure of, he does know or at least should know to drink plenty of H2O while taking D-Bol due to its toxity, I can def find out. He just asked me if I knew why, I didn't so this community always has an answer so I came here.. Thanks!!
Yeah I mean it could be a million things but dehydration is a major especially with the cooler weather right now
