Letro and Tamox

I have a small knot behind my right nipple I have some Letro and Tamox but unsure the dosage I should take of each, I have taken the Letro solo but shuts me down... If it is what it is that's fine, but is it fine to take both or one at a time.. any help would be great!!!!

Hello,

Good questions:
Are you on or off cycle??
Did you do PCT??
Are your testicles atrophied (shrunken)??
Did you use HCG during or after your cycle??

HCG cause Estrogen Aromatisation due to the raise of Testosterone and inhibition of Hypothalamic Pituitary Testicular Axis (Negative feedback).

If you are ON:
Stop use of HCG.
Go with a low dosage of Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) like 10mg per day. If you use high dosage then you will get a yoyo effect (raise in estrogens) that will cause more gyno related side effects.

If you are just became OFF then do your PCT:
Use both Clomid and Nolvadex in your PCT in an attempt to cover all angles.
Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg

If you been OFF for some time:
Do your PCT asap.
Day 1 - 100mg
Following 10 days - 60mg
Following 10 days - 40mg
