Cruising Protocol
ad
Currently 10.5 weeks into a 400mg a week Test E cycle. Results have been great and have actually managed to lean out from week one due to pretty strict dieting. Also have been running .25 mg of Anastrozole EOD.
Extremely happy with my results. Have been able to lean out, bring out definition, and even bring out vascularity and still have all my lifts go up dramatically while loosing weight. Definitely what I was hoping for and thought I was capable of achieving.
Have some Epistane on the way to play around with for when I cruise, and to help lean out a bit for the summer.
Wondering if starting my cruise is as simple as starting half my 250 mg with my first pin of week 13?
Any feedback appreciated, thanks guys.

need your stats to help you on this one
Stats are 205, 6'1.
Honestly not sure about body fat, but I look fairly lean, able to see abs and have also been able to see my serratus anterior very well since I've cut down from 215. Started extremely skinny 3-4 years back at 140, 6'1, this being said to give you an idea of my overall body type.
Best guess is right around 10%
Been lifting for more than 4 years, 23 years of age. Thanks for the interest.
SeaHawkNo ones going to advise a 23 year old to start cruising. No offense but you're 6'1 205... its not like we are talking about maintaining 250lbs here.
No offense taken ha, would not want to be that big at this point. I'm pretty much where I want to be at for this summer, besides cutting down a little bit more (possible with dieting and other mild substances).
Just curious on protocol?
And SeaHawk if you think I should do something otherwise; whats your experience with coming off? I have some Clomid on hand, access to other things as well.
Would like to hear your point of view on my next step.
SeaHawkNext step would be a proper PCT. Do some research in the cycle log section or google pct protocols.
If you come off with proper pct, keep your diet up, and training intact you should have no problem holding 205 @ 6'1. However, many guys lose their motivation, stop eating as much, and train half assed. Before you know it they have lost all their gains and risked AAS usage for no reward.
PCT does not have to be a depressing time. I use mine wisely by continuing to be around the aas community, saving money for next cycle, planning my future diet and training programs.
Cruising is really reserved for hardcore bodybuilders and guys that may not recover their test levels after long term use. You risk permanent shut down and have to constantly monitor your blood panels.
