I've been seeing a lot of different positions on serms while on cycle. I know Arimidex is the better option to block estrogen. I'm waiting for my Arimidex but I have Clomid on hand. I've been taking 200 mL of test cypionate weekly and was on the high side of estrogen and I started my test injections. I'm having a little bit of sensitivity and puffiness in my nipples and was wondering if taking Clomid would be a good idea until my Arimidex arrives? If so how much should I take daily? Thanks for the info!

What's happening here? Is the test dose part of a cycle? Are you trying to cruise? Self prescribed TRT?
If its one of the latter 2, Drop the test to a manageable level. And as my man Shred said below- There are plenty of sources here that can get you tamoxifen and the AI of your choosing in a matter of days. Save your clomid for a pct, should you choose to run one. And have your shit straight before you start pinning in the future my man.
AnonThere are plenty of US Domestic sources you can order Nolva and Adex from asap. And I think you should do so.
Arimidex is not the gyno cure you think it is. And if you could cure gyno with Arimidex you would have to crash your estrogen to do so. Nolvadex on the other hand has been proven to cure gyno in randomized double blind placebo controlled (RDBPC) studies on men of various ages. Multiple studies demonstrating Nolvadex as an effective cure for gyno can easily be found with an online search.
Arimidex and Nolvadex taken together would be the best route in my opinion. The Arimidex would stop the aromatization and the Nolvdex would block the estrogen receptors. I could elaborate more on how these drugs work but all that information is also easily found online.
Dosages...
If you have gyno or developing gyno I would start the Nolvadex at 60mg for the first week (20mg 3x a day).
Then drop to 40mg (20mg 2x a day) for 2 to 4 weeks. Then drop to 20mg a day for a 1 to 2 weeks.
This dosage protocol is not set in stone. The dosages used for treating gyno in human studies should be researched by you. You need to make an informed decision on what is best for you. Nolvadex is a fairly safe drug that is not going to crash your estrogen or come with wild side effects.
Arimidex I can not recommend taking more than 1mg every other day for any reason.
1mg 2x a week or .5mg every other day are common and effective dosages for keeping estrogen in range on cycle. Dialing in the best dosage for you requires blood work.

Can you elaborate? I see that clomid use to be the go to for gyno on cycle. Obviously AIs are preferred but my question is how much clomid would one take and how if you have sensitive nipples after starting a cycle. NO! Leaves a lot on the table.

Can you get your hands on some nolva quicker then the armidex comes? Personally I wouldn't use clomid during but that's me.
Remember tho sensitivity can happen during cycles of test regardless, could get your levels checked if your worried.
P.s reducing your test can reduce the sensitivity, but wouldn't want to go to low as be pointless.
Unfortunately I don't know anyone Stateside that has access. Everything I order is coming from overseas. Any help on that Arena would be appreciated.

I know it's not the best option. I have Arimidex on its way and should be here in 30 days or so. I am just wondering if clomid can help signs of gyno and how I would want to take it. Should I stop taking test and just do clomid until the arimidex shows up or can I keep taking test and just add clomid, if so, how much should I take. What sides would be expected? Molinin302C'mon my guy, you asked everyone answered the same. For my two cents I'll say no to the clomid. I'm not bashing you, but it seems like you can have ten guys say no, but if one says yes you'll go with the yes because it'll make you feel better or something. Without bloods you can't be sure, my guess is its elevated, but not crazy high. On the high end of normal. Youre going to get nipple sensitivity from time to time, its part of the game. No gyno, you're probably holding some water. Next time have everything you need before you begin. Best wishes to you and happy holidays.
I definitely hear what you're saying and I'm not just trying to get someone to tell me what I want to hear. It's a simple question of will it help or not. I understand it's not a good Ai and I understand that I'll still have a bunch of estrogen in my system but if it can reduce sensitivity until I get my Arimidex to wipe out the excess estrogen I would rather take it because I don't want to take the chance with gyno. I knew I should have had everything before my cycle, rookie mistake!

You'll be ok bud, I think you're experiencing normal sides, but I strongly encourage bloodwork. I encourage it in all cases. We all make mistakes dude, don't stress to much about it. We're all learning as we go, hell I've done some stupid shit earlier on in my time. Wouldn't bother with the clomid, possibly lower the test till armidex comes.
