Best Advice for Senior
ad
I just turned 65 and go to the gym on a regular basis. I am 6'1", 204 Lbs. with 18% BF. I have 2 problems. I have several injuries from past accidents, and have maxed out what I can push on the weights. The other problem is belly fat which just will not go away. I am on a fat burn macro that seems to work well for the other fat, but there is the one problem area. As well, I would like to add some lean muscle and strength to my frame. I would like some advice for a "milder" stack that I can use with a recovery stack with specifics as to doses. Can anyone help me here?

Clean Diet
Daily excersize
Hard work
At the age of 65 I wouldn't be putting anymore stress on my organs and body in general by using AAS. You're in the golden years of your life enjoy them. I would think about doing cardio on your workout days before or after lifting to keep that ticker strong!

Don't fuckin bury him already. Why don't you just say it straight up and stop pussy footing around and tell him to check into an old folks home? I for one plan to be around well after 100 yrs; and active. You sound like you're having your midlife crisis. Me? I just got there.
Thanks for that, but I am already in the gym 7 days a week with alternating upper body/legs days and 45 minutes on the tread mill afterwards. I still enjoy water skiing, scuba diving, and dirt bike riding, so I am still very active. But, again, I have this belly fat problem and would also like to add to my muscle mass. I take HGH every day, but would like to get a little extra push to solve the belly fat problem. Any suggestions? Perhaps a "light" cycle to get things progressing?
Drop the HGH, it can cause “HGH Gut” or “Insulin Gut”
Rob, keep moving and acting like you feel which is probably like 40. You'll also need to get used to the idea at our age the body changes. You'll have more marbling of fat in the muscle (like an old steer) and more protective fat around your internal organs. You are not 20 anymore. You can get to the point where you can see your abs but you'll be "thicker" than your younger counterpart. (like an old oak).
Keep your cycles simple and moderate, having the testosterone of a normal 30 year old is enough, no need to be off the charts. Keep active and work on keeping your muscle to keep your metabolism up. Drop a few cals from your diet and you'll lean out soon enough.
I've not heard of HGH gut. What is that?
Google it, here's one explanation.

Have you had a hormone panel done by a doctor already? This is something a doctor should sign off on with you being the age you are.
I don't understand really.. you're 65 know how to use the internet, figured out how to operate/navigate eroids and now hell bent on trying to get someone to support what I think is an awful idea and possibility setting yourself up for unknown risks at that age.
Anyways... here's your "light cycle" options
Cycle #1fish and brown rice
Cycle #2 steak, green beans and brown rice
Cycle #3 chicken, broccoli and quinoa
Cycle #4 strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
Bro your 65 live life I know when I'm 65 the only thing I'm worried about Is making sure my kids bring my grandkids over I wouldn't even care if my dick works
There’s plenty of jacked guys in there 60s and 70s. It’s harder to start from scratch but you can absolutely change your physique at 65.
BULLSHIT!!
Just sayin.
Lol I don't know what i was thinking
I question whether you were actually thinking when you wrote that.
X2
I would suggest blood work.
Are you sensing a theme?
RustyhookerPost blood test.
Agreed; get your blood drawn. Chances are you’re low anyways. No reason to go illegal, if you qualify for TRT off the bat.
