Anyone Heard of Synthro RX?

I came across this via a swap I did for a friend who wanted something I had.
SynthroRx Sustanon Blend 300mg/ml 10ml vial. Very strong smell, kinda like dog flea collar, and stings/burns your tongue when taste tested. The vial has an NDC number on it. Anyone know of a way to look it up or validate it ? My CYP and Test E doesn't smell anything close to this.
