Anavar, acid reflux, and my solution

ad

Like many people, I started getting pretty bad acid reflux when taking oral steroids. So bad to the point that I haven’t been able to take them.

I recently picked up some anavar and the reflux/GERD started up again.

I’ve tried taking my oral AAS with food, and that only worsened the GERD and digestion of the food.

I’m don’t currently eat a keto diet, but when I did, I used apple cider vinegar and lipase prior to meals to increase HCL and enzymes needed to break down fats. I figured that since steroids are fats that the lipase should help with the GERD.

After two days, no more GERD and I’m not needing to turn my raw var into an injectable.

I’m taking 111mg lipase caps with breakfast and dinner, and 2 x 111mg caps prior to taking my anavar—eating lunch like 15 minutes after eating the var.

Steroids/testosterone is cholesterol not fat, you figured that part wrong.

Good catch. Good thing that lipase breaks down all lipids

You bang your head against the wall! If you have stomach problems, you need to solve them! Cancel var!

Oh, it is a debatable subject about the need to help our digestion with all the super processed foods and of course "the medicine " we take. Also the amounts of food we are shoving in there.
Ill look to Google for what lipase is .
My question is.
why 111mg ? Is this a specific to 11mgs?

Edit...
I see . You supplement for the keto diet .,?
How much fat do you take in a day?
I have never tried keto. I need a lot of carbs

111mg is what each capsule contains. Keto worked for a while when dealing with seizures, but that’s not an issue for me anymore.

I eat an extremely high quality diet and never have reflux issues unless I’m taking orals

“ After two days, no more GERD and I’m not needing to turn my raw var into an injectable.”

Lol huh? You were making your own injectable anavar?
