I just finished a cycle I got from AB and had the same pills thinking they were going to be tabs. I have a glass measuring cup and fill with 4 oz tap water and empty the entire capsule. Make sure you pinch both halves really good as the last bit of powder tends to get stuck in the ends. I stir for about 20 seconds. It doesn't appear any of it dissolves in water but to get it distributed evenly. Drink 2 oz of it and save it for next time. I take .5 mg every 3 days. You will notice some will stick on the sides of the glass when you take the last half of it.. Just add some water along the sides and stir again. I'll be doing the same for PCT as I have 40 mg nolva and 25 mg of Aromasin. Hope this helps!
