how do you guys control acne on cycle.....advice tips for everyone
i use peroxide...aloe vera...tumeric soap and such

AnonYep acne is hard to avoid. You have to pay to play. It sucks. I break out face back and a little on chest

Acne normally not always but normally is due to an imbalance of test to estrogen.

Tanning salon bro! I get cystic back ance. When I get it bad my Derm puts me on antibiotics, and a topical. Then sends me to the tanning Salon. The uv light gets rid of them quick. Some ppl with say Accutane. F that shit. Sign a waiver because your vital organs might get destroyed. Ummm yeah, I'll pass!

When on cycle.. I stick with tanning benzyl peroxide creams and washing 2x daily with a facial cleanser.
However if I find it to be a problem when I come off cycle I do a good couple rounds of accutane... that prevents it from coming back in future cycles.
tanning, low dose accutane, benzoyl peroxide 10%

its pct you use nolva end of your cycle but i think you might need ai during your cycle.
you are going to have acne there is just no way around it
