Do you guys think the quality of juice was better years ago when it so openly done or were peoples gains mostly water/bloat and we are getting the better of it because the internet and all the research

Well yes and no. Years ago there were less UGLs so u had a better chance of getting great stuff. These days everyone has their own UGL and as the internet keeps becoming more widely used for this stuff, the more these UGL's will compete for who has the best stuff so in a sense its easier to find the best stuff nowadays if u just read a little. But at the same time there tons of shitty labs ...I think overall its gotten better faster and stronger just like how capitalism should work
Quality of juice? HG would be the same basically. I would hope UGL's have got better as the years have gone on...
