Is it just me or seeing phil heath run around do most musculars. And yelling at the audience audience a disgrace to the sport. Even back when dorian had his olympia run he actually did a full routine. I thought in the golden age a good routine and being able to display your physique through a great posing accounted for something what are your thoughts?

kai is my favorite at posing knows how to show what he has and hide what hes lacking basically nothing..
Cedric had a pretty good classical routine at the Arnold this past weekend. Lots of different angles, twists and smooth posing.

I think it's just changed. Phil Heath has a "different" way of expressing himself that is a long way away from a classical posing routine. Its not what I prefer personally, but it's working for him.
Kai Greene dexter Jackson flexatron are still pretty good but I know what mean
I agree it seems like kai should win then because of better posing
