Dealing with the mail

ad

Sorry if this isn’t the right place to do this, or if there’s any info anyone can give I guess I’m just venting at this point. I just came home to a package that had been opened and re taped up. Everything gone. It’s not something I can just re order I don’t have money like that. Has this happened to anyone before. It’s super disheartening that my mailman or someone along the process would do something like this. How do you trust this won’t happen again. I’m just really bummed. I’m very new to all of this so it really hurts that people would do this kinda thing.. fuck

You better learn to TIP your postman or lady

So here's what I know. I have an acquaintance who works for a the local drug task force. He said every morning they get a "hot list" of items being delivered by the post office that day , that were paid for with BTC. So here's how I know why it's true. Me and this guy did not know each other. He came to me at my job , and said "hey you need to be careful" . I knew he was a cop from who he was with. So I looked at him and he said just come talk to me when you get a second. He told me he was the one that opened my packages (I knew this package had been opened when I got it but told no one) he said he let it go because he does the same shit and that's not what they are looking for. They are looking for harder drugs and weed carts from weed legal states , etc. he said they don't mess with the small stuff (talking about juice)but if they find a small pack and there is nothing else going on that day. They will still do a controlled delivery. This guy is a good dude. I can tell. He was just looking at for me. But the hot list is real.

For anyone thinking this guy is telling a story, this is exactly how it works. Warrants will be signed by judges and you will not get a heads up. Thanks for letting the members know OP.

Right on

DeeMan's picture

This sounds authentic to me and I 100% believe you. In fact a top src told me he's been seeing more domestic seizures due to some new technology being used. That's what he said.

Gymmanager's picture

Well the package that got opened was from a top domestic source. And he said using BTC for international is even worse but they are only mess with big big stuff. I just had a pack delivered with nothing in it to a different address from a top international source who also does domestic. So idk. The cop said just don't use BTC.... So do they report how the item being shipped was bought? Seems like an easy fix.

DeeMan's picture

Damn. Wish that cop would of told you the reason behind why he said to not use BTC. Something seems up.

Gymmanager's picture

I still see him several times a week. But he hasn't seemed as friendly. Maybe I can ask them how they know it was bought with BTC... Idk. BTC is just so easy.

I'd really be curious about that. I understand it can be tracked. But i'd think things like CENSORED, REDACTED, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? and BROKEN RULES would be more easily traceable. Maybe going old school like SHUT THE FUCK UP would be more difficult to track?

Drexyl's picture

BTC is shady, most people don’t realize this. Too many use cryptocurrencies without anonymity, sure the money is difficult to trace, but if your browser is not secure and encrypted? Well, you get the idea. Does anyone pay for their groceries with bitcoin? Lunch at McDonald’s? Gas at the pump? The Chinese mamasan at the washey washey only takes cash for a reason. Crypto in and of itself raises a flag if you actually spend it. Speaking of the washey washey, I’m due to go. Spent too much money on myself this week though. You know who eats pussy at the washey washey? Drexyl does. Those girls love me there, love.

DeeMan's picture

Washey washey lol. So look this sounds crazy but I just started using bitcoin, in fact 2 months ago and it's with anonymity basically. I just never felt comfortable about the shit for whatever reasons. But hey law enforcement aren't naive, they know what's up.

JakeKO's picture

Be careful, Bro! For the past two years, one of the questions on my tax return is if I own Cryto Currency, and they wanted all my account information. Luckily, I never bought into Crypto because I feel the only one benefiting from anonymity are foreigners who’s country is years behind in understanding or I investing in to it’s investigation. Our government is so greedy, that tax evasion takes priority over murder. I feel that it’s only a matter of time before the government starts fining people for lying on the tax returns for not admitting they own crypto. They’re just letting peoples usage build up so that can fine everyone harder.

DeeMan's picture

I agree. Like I said I just never felt comfortable with bitcoin. Hard to explain, hell maybe it's paranoia. The government and law enforcement knows what's going on. I do think a crackdown is coming like you mentioned.

Drexyl's picture

Exactly this, it’s a pretty solid platform, but if you’re going the transaction over an open IP, you’re not protecting yourself. But then if you’re using TOR or another form of encryption/safety, your internet service provider will see that as a red flag and possibly involve LE. How do you think those perverts that like kids get caught? But thankfully they do. In a nutshell is the DEA worried about our 5 vials? Probably not, but if it’s a slow day? Ya just never know.

DeeMan's picture

I feel ya and you're right about that. And yeah a slow day can turn into a good day for LE. Lil fish can lead to the bigger fish sometimes.

Bro, you’re probably a 2hr drive from me. I gotta head up there for some pork roll sandwiches lol. You know it’s be a great time. I’ll bring the Mrs so they can occupy each other while we go grab a scotch and roll some craps.

Not enough details here. Do you live in a house/apartment building/complex? The fuzz wouldn't open your sht and retape it and send it without anything..they'd just seize it... if they even came across your pack.. which is rare. especially because most gear is sent using priority services and post offices don't really check packages. The only way they do that is if your address or name is already suspected of suspicious activities and feds are involved beforehand usually.

Most likely someone jacked your sht or you didn't use e-roids properly and got scammed by some source who made it seem like your package was stolen. Maybe even the delivery guy but honestly... This is very unusual. I'd look toward neighbors and people in your home before anyone else .

Drexyl's picture

I’m not going to go into detail, but you’d be surprised at what law enforcement can and will do. May already know who he is on here and watching these boards. You just don’t know. The guy you’ve known for 6mo at the gym and recently has been asking you about how to run a cycle, out of excitement you tell him orals only are bad and “here bro, dbol and test, run it like this…), now there’s a case on you. Not a big one, but small fish even if don’t lead to bigger fish, can certainly be used as bait.

Richietattoos's picture

I’m sorry if I didn’t explain myself well enough. I’m saying someone either the delivery man or someone walking by spent the time to open the box remove the items they wanted and placed the box back at my door. I’ve ordered mutiple times from the same very good source. The person even left the candy bar associated with a recent promo still in the package. If that hints enough at the reliability of the order. Everything else however, gone.

Makwa's picture

Nobody likes dark chocolate nowadays, Milk chocolate and the bar would have been gone also.

Drexyl's picture

I effing love dark chocolate…

Greg's picture

Like meth, it's not about the taste but how it makes you feel.

RazorRambo24's picture

always turn on delivery updates by text/phone whe n you get a package.. kinda common sense if you want to be notified on the dot about whats going on with your package.. youll get even more info and updates than the tracking # itself..

sorry this happened to you. if you are super afraid, might even need to open a PO box at the post office with a key

DeeMan's picture

Damn probably was stolen by some pot belly wannabe who doesn't even look like he lifts weights smh lol.
That src you speak of just told me last week that he suspects more domestics are being seized. But your case seems to be different. Damn hate to hear that happened to you.

press1's picture

@Greg This guy seems intent on creating argument between us again on eroids - he did the same thing on the 'what the fuck is wrong with you page' near Jakes holiday picture above one of my comments recently. Not sure why he feels the need to consistently do this.

press1's picture

Aah okay I know which source it is then and he definately wouldn't do that, surely if someone was going to take your gear out of the package it would be less risky for them just to steal the whole thing rather than cut it open and remove everything then seal it back up?!

glowinthedark's picture

I've seen news where workers got caught doing that and were fired, not mailman but in the processing center. I wouldn't be too worried about ordering again I think they just got lucky

Damn so it was from that certain candy bar promo, that sucks man. But I’d definitely suspect either postal worker or person walking by, or someone you live with. I guess that’s kinda obvious lol since you don’t suspect the source.

Richietattoos's picture

Yeah and to still leave the box with some tape hanging off of it.. the minute I picked it up and felt how light it was, my heart sank

Rosschestzip's picture

Ya that sucks man. Probably one of the package thieves that are running around, especially this time of year. But usually they take the whole box

press1's picture

I highly doubt it - but is this from a Domestic listed on here? If it was International then I would say its been opened and taken by customs and mailed on to you, but as its Domestic it looks to me more like it was never sent in the first place. Over here opening and stealing post is just something that postal workers never dare do, not sure what they are like in the US for doing it. I feel your pain though, I wouldn't know whether to cry or kick the cat.

Rosschestzip's picture

I worked with some guys from Mexico and they would mail iPhones back to Mexico all the time and they’d have to declare it has other stuff because the Mexican postal workers would open the packages and steal everything and even if they declared it has stupid stuff like a sweaters or something they would still steal them sometimes. It really sucks but I’ve never heard of it happening in the US. Besides stealing whole packages of like electronics and stuff but the companies usually take the hit. Sucks that you can’t really report this one tho
