Hey dudes.
I’m looking for your help. I’m 5,10 154 pounds and i tbh don’t want a bodybuilder type of body, i want to stay “petite” but very fit if you know what i mean.
I somewhat eat healthy, not processed food, sugar intake very minimal as other types of carbs, my protein intake is “normal” so what should i do?

Anon"petite"...your body your choice, man. If you want to be a fit twink you don't need gear to do that. You can add a little mass and tone-up nicely doing body weight exercises and using light to moderate weights. Keep that diet clean but do not fear big post workout meals full of healthy protein and calories. Get all your daily vitamins, and not in a multi vitamin. Individual vitamins. Daily: 5,000iu's D3, 25mg Zinc, some B12, B6, Calcium, Magnesium, Fish oil...those right there are pretty important and easy to find in individual bottles at the grocery store. Get those if you don't got them already and research more about vitamins. You stated you don't want to get too big so you're not gonna eat too much which means you can slam some protein shakes during the day. I say get the premixed protein drinks in packs at the grocery to slam pre-workout. I say slam pre-workout because you're already "petite" so putting some fuel in the tank before getting your workout in will give that petite body something to burn.
RustyhookerPost your macros and gym routine. Whats your real attainable goal looking towards? Classic comp look....beefier but cut...etc?
fix your stats fully too.....age, height weight. We cannot help otherwise
This is kinda what i’d like to look like https://images.app.goo.gl/NQA3VhPRHd6qw41k8
I dont have a gym routine and i dont count macros, i’m asking before i hit the gym
RustyhookerCrossfit is perfect for ya then. Stay lean and no need for roids. Solid cut and healthy
I for sure agree for someone with your type of goals this would be perfect
Have to Second Rusty. Crossfit will get you there, and it can be a great motivational tool too. You workout in a group, and will typically build a bond with others in you session. Can be a great motivational tool.
Agree with Rusty on this one, don’t even have to think about your routine really and some gyms have decent coaches that will guide you re: basic technique and even nutrition at that (these gyms can be costly though compared to ‘globo’ gyms).
If you don’t have a CrossFit gym near you there are some decent ebook programs with just DBs or KBs here for cheap which I def recommend.
