I have been using HGH Dragon (433 IU) consistently for six weeks at a dosage of 4 IU per day. I administer the full 4 IU dose each morning upon waking. On the day of my bloodwork, I took my usual 4 IU dose approximately three hours before the blood draw.

Prior to starting HGH, my baseline IGF-1 level was 82 ng/mL with an IGF-1 Z-score of −1.3 SD.
