I think the biggest trigger your ED is anxiety now, when you fix brain everything will work out. Just a bit of Joe will relief you, and viagra for sure but not too much, you shouldnt see the world blue. and inject ace maybe 100mg just 4 hours before. you should be good to go. Update- tried 10mg of cialis, and 50mg of Viagra, he has a pulse! Going to up it to 20/100 tonight. I don’t think it’s prolactin (not enough tren to even move the needle ) nor e2, week prior I was fine. Had to be lexapro or the bp meds. Fingers crossed

Could be prolactin, could be e2, could be psychological. Hard to say without blood tests.
I'm also on Test and Tren myself and I have no wet noodle issues my friend. There are times I feel like I have to punch myself in the scrotum just to reduce the lasting boner.
If I had to guess you are having a rising Prolactin issue cause you are now on a Progestogenic Compound, so if I was you I would instantly at the very least hop on 200mg P5P daily.

Well if he’s on lexapro then that can kill dopamine. Thus causing ED, lack of desire, etc. My wife was on that shit for a little while. Zero sex drive, couldn’t get wet, etc. It’s like the pleasure response in the brain is completely killed
Lexapro isnt killing dopamine, it increases serotonin in whole body, which is responsible for these sides. For these types of sides, doc may add wellbutrin to counter them. Wellbutrin acts through dopamine, by increasing it. Its good for depression, but may increase anxiety.
Try asking your wife’s doc to give wellbutrin a try. U will thank me later. --

Serotonin can suppress dopamine release in certain pathways, yes, but your source doesnt say that increased serotonin simply lowers dopamine everywhere. It specifically talks about 5-HT2C-mediated inhibition in certain dopaminergic pathways. So saying “increased serotonin will lower your dopamine” is an oversimplification. Lexapro isnt killing dopamine, it mainly increases serotonin and can indirectly affect dopamine depending on the pathway.
The over simplification was the point. High seratonin = lowered dopamine in the brain. That lack of reward response absolutely will kill your libido and make you feel flat. OP doesn’t need to know the mechanistic action behind it. He just needed to know lexapro is known to impact dopamine and kill libido. It’s not spiked prolactin from 50mg of Tren after 3 days. Anxiety/depression is what got the doc to put my wife on it. Postpartum issues hit her bad with our first. Between the lexapro and hormonal fluctuations from birth control she was worse off in my opinion… But yea lexapro fucks you up. She’s trying Zoloft this time after our second.
